The staff are all so helpful, kind and sweet. They are able to easily connect with their many young patients, even during a Pandemic, and I'm sure connect just as well with patients of all ages. Dr Prather and his staff has been wonderful to my (and my family's) needs. We routinely go for…read moreour six - month dental cleaning in addition to any other dental needs. A year or so ago, Dr. Prather worked on a dental crown replacement remarkably well. His impeccable experience and professionalism makes you feel very comfortable. Lately, we are trying to expose our 3 1/2 year old toddler to dental cleaning. Our experience has been unique; everyone is so patient and very understanding... Is there a 0 Star available? This place was horrible. Dr Gilbert told me I needed a filling to be…read morereplaced and once he replaced it the tooth began to bother me. I called the office on two separate occasions & was told that it was normal to have throbbing pain in the tooth after a replacement. I ended up getting a second opinion with Robinwood Dental who ended up replacing the filling which did the trick. They were also all about the money as they wanted to do a full panoramic view of my teeth ( I was about 30 at the time & had all my wisdom teeth removed so was not sure why the did such an x-ray). Dr Gilbert also recommended having all of my teeth pulled & having implants put in because my teeth were grinded down too far. He is the first & last dentist to recommend that. After such a horrible experience his billing staff continued to bill the wrong insurance company so we ended up having to pay out of pocket. Do yourself a favor & find another dentist.
