This business is not recommended to anyone wishing to have their garden landscaped. I had my garden slabbed last year, with some other touches & it still hasn't been finished, albeit it is only a small part of a larger job. The owner has been phoned & text on many occassions & all you get is broken promises. He will say he will complete the work & agrees a week when he will visit. Unfortunately, he never does. I even have text messages stating when he will call, but even that doesn't bother him. Further evidence of this lack of contact/customer service can be seen following this winter. I have had 5 broken slabs, a further dozen have moved & one of the main garden sleepers has also sunk & is now at a slight angle. You would have thought, especially given their website 'strap line' of: 'we pride ourselves by putting your dreams for the prefect drive/garden into reality and will ensure all work is completed or supervised personally to the Highest Standards Guaranteed!' that Customer service was their number one priority, but after having dealings with this company, they are clearly after the money & have no interest in how the job will look in the future. Be very careful if they are recommended, as I would seriously ask to see their previous jobs & make sure they were from last year, so you can see their work after a winter - because given my experience it may not be looking to good. read more
