    I purchased my 3rd car from here this weekend. My salesman, Princeton Lee, was great. It was a smooth transaction with no hiccups. I think they're pretty honest. All dealerships are trying to make money, they're a business, but these guys weren't detrimentally deceptive like others. Victor, the finance gent, was nice as well.

    You think you're a fish? So where's your gill, man? We've been looking for a new car and this is one of the places we came. It wasn't bad and definitely very friendly. Decent for sure. It's somewhere that I would consider coming to purchase a car in future, but the prices are so high these days.

    Chile, I know yall are lying to me! The reviews at Gillman are so terrible lol. This is so unfortunate because I truly appreciate the guys that I've connected with on every visit to Honda. Let's start here- I purchased my 2022 Honda Accord Sport at this location in December of 2021. Yes, an early Christmas gift to myself, and Sunday was my sales guy! I just love him, we previously worked together at Toyota of Katy (another story for another day, no I am not in sales and no I do not want to be, lol) I had no clue Sunday worked here at Honda, but it was meant to be because that's who was suppose to sell me this vehicle. During each of my visits, I've had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Jose and they are wonderful guys! I told Dennis this past Saturday, "man people really hate yall on Yelp *laughs* but that won't be me and that has never been my experience" So Dennis if you're reading this- it's me! My favorite thing about Gilman Honda is the customer service and the customer center- hella coffee and tea options + the fixings. Necessary when you're waiting all day at this place. Thank you for the great service. So, I am going with 4 stars because there's always a small space for growth (we all need this). Wondering if they are short-staffed, due to the lengthy wait time for oil changes. For example- I scheduled an appointment at 7 AM on a Friday morning and I didn't leave until close to 10 AM. While I am aware these things take time, I do not like to look within for patience in order to sit that long. Second, I was told when I purchased my car that I would receive free oil changes always- this came from the finance man, whom I worked with at Toyota too and I do not remember his name. The thing is this- I am fully aware that you tell customers lots of really pretty, nice things in order to get a bag and sell cars, but do not lie to me because I am not a fool. Respectfully. My second oil change was honored based on what I shared with the guy. Thank you to him (can't remember his name) I also understand that during this era, during this inflation, the car business is in shambles. However, keep your word and meet the needs of the customer. All in all, Gillman Honda is a good place with great staff/customer service. I'll be back obviously because I need another expensive ass oil change. Hehe

    Oil change service display never reset to 100%

    This is my second review, because now I find something else upsetting! I had oil and filter change, plus tire rotation, recall item fixed. My black Honda Odyssey gets serviced meticulously! I checked the tire pressures and not one matched on the vehicle display. I just noticed, see by attached photo that although I brought in vehicle for oil change they did not reset the display. It reads 40% when it should read 100%. Now I may burn 2 hours out of my day (30 min drive time each way) to fix very minor things that they either forgot or were too lazy to do! I just may go to YouTube and for the fix! Now if a could fix the Radar remote switch they repositioned and left dangling that would be a miracle!

    Had I known this dealership would BS me around, I would've gone someplace else. I got my 2022 Honda Civic in November, 2021. I was told by Brandon who closed the sale that as long as I had the tire lock, nobody would be able to steal my all black rims. Fast forward to February 2022, my car was parked in my apartment complex and all four of my tires and rims were stolen. I double checked to make sure my wheel lock was still in my purse, which it was so I really didn't understand. Remember what Brandon told me right? I took my car to Gillman to be repaired. Here we are three months later and I have to take my car back in for work that was not completed in the month time span that they had it. There is noticeable damage done underneath the car from it being left on bricks that was not repaired. The passenger door running board was not fixed probably and I had to push it in place for it to stay. Not my job. There was damage on the front fender that was not fixed, nor was the right rear mud flap replaced, which I was told by Marcus before picking up the car that the mud flaps should be in within two weeks. The mud flap finally came in almost a month later and I had to call the dealership to find out. AFTER calling every other day for a month to see if it was in. In order to fix my mud flap, they will need my car all day I was told. I won't be able to get a rental under this claim because I used all 30 of my rental days for this particular claim by having the car at Gillman for a month. I haven't checked yet to see if they can give me a loaner while it's being fixed but it has not been the most pleasant experience dealing with Honda. I told Brandon that I wanted to give the car back and he said that was an option. I was never able to speak with him after my initial call and was told by Marcus in Service that I wouldn't be able to give my car back. That it was like anything else, once it leaves the lot you are responsible. I pay way too much for a note for this BS and I handled this all without being nasty to anyone at Honda. Their service sucks and had I known this would be the outcome, I never would've gotten the car. If I were you, RUN to another dealership because this is not the one to deal with. Per Marcus ( Service Tech ), the car was kept a bit longer initially because there was a noise that the car made and they fixed it. The car still makes a rattling noise when accelerating or just coasting with the foot of the gas. The noise is similar to a rattlesnake's tail. Additionally, the 18 inch black tires and rims were replaced with noticeable differences (Pictures taken) : *Warped driver side tire, around the entire outside of tire. *The chrome wheel lugs were replaced by all black wheel lugs but no wheel locks. *The rims that were replaced were black but dull and not shiny like the original ones and the insides had rust on them. Finally, the car is a lease which is even more disappointing because I am sure I will be returning this vehicle and not trust Honda again. All over the service department, there are signs hinting at the level of service for their customers and for a new customer it has been beyond underwhelming. I had to call over and over, leave messages and not be called back. Asked to speak with the manager and assured I would be contacted by a manager but still only got the service lead Marcus. I can provide phone records to show how much I had to call and wait and never be treated properly, especially as a new customer. *Note, I even paid for the extra package that includes oil changes and normal maintenance on the vehicle. Again, because it is a lease vehicle and I want to make sure it is kept in pristine condition. I plan to call 1-800-HONDA tomorrow to voice my displeasures. I did not want to do this but the investment I made is not being matched by Honda.

    Update: Clearly this business does not care about their customers. I was promised a phone call at…read moreminimum, by the owners but apparently they are too good to deal with people who spend money at their establishment. Also, I'm confused why they can't understand that it TAKES TIME for a crack to expand. How could you see a crack on tinted tail lights? I didn't even see them until the dealership pointed them out. These people do not want to help, never tried to help, and are crooked business people. Please, do not shop here! Buyer Beware - first of all, the Indian guy that works here is rude as hell. He is clearly someone who had no respect for customers, past or present. I had my tail lights tinted here a year ago. I was not aware, due to the coloring of the lights, that this business cracked my lights. Fast forward a year, and the lights have had time to allow for those cracks to expand. That expansion allowed water to deep into the light, shorting out my light. They are LED lights, so a simple changing of a bulb will not suffice. I had contacted the business to try and remedy this, and of course, they say that someone else must be responsible. The "owners" have no interest in helping or even making themselves available to talk. How professional is that? Pay attention to the bad reviews - they hold merit.
