Pros: SUPERB CLEANING, Quickly done, Very professional…read more Cons: That I booked for only 2days out the week I have been in search of a commercial cleaning for about 3 months I hired a team prior Personal Touch Solutions, and they were not up to my standards, so I kept searching and I came across an Instagram page: PERSONAL TOUCH SOLUTIONS LLC, the slogan was "Quality cleaning done right the first time" I was intrigued so I went to the site that was in the bio (personaltouchsoultionsllc.com) and called the number on the site. I left a message and within a few hours I was contacted by Carissa. She was very pleasant and professional as I was telling her my needs; from there we scheduled a walk-through of my office. After we completed the walkthrough we discussed a price for 2 days out of the week which was very reasonable. The price was a little more than the previous cleaning team but I knew for what I was asking to be done that Personal Touch Solutions would get the job done. I was pleased and confident in my decision. On the day of that was scheduled Carissa and her team arrived on time. I was still in my office working on my last client, I was pleased that Carissa greeted me and let me know that she was there with her team (to keep in mind I stayed over after closing). As I was ending with my client, Carissa did another walk through with her team, they all were neatly dressed in their khaki and personal touch solutions shirt they were professional also they all greeted me and my client I was shocked I've never experience such great customer service! I left while they were cleaning and they ensured me that they would lock up and they did. Walking in the next morning the office smelt so inviting I was ecstatic Carissa and her team did an AWSOME JOB!!!! Everything was clean and dusted; honestly the cleaning that was done exceeded my standards.
