From the very beginning I was treated like a million dollar customer and I had not even signed a contract yet. LaVeda provided detailed information about her company, expertise, and product offerings so I could get a feel if this was the right company for me. I have the tendency to ask 1,000 questions and she answered all my questions. I never felt rushed or like any of my questions were dumb. She was very patient with me. The Graphic Designers have a quick turn around. I submitted my initial logo design on a Sunday afternoon and got the first version the very next day (WOW). Well, when she started working on it, she realized that the files were blank. argh. I asked her if there was something simple we could do that would work, using our colors and come as close to our fonts as possible. Sara was amazing! She found fonts that worked perfectly and matched our colors very well! When I asked for bolding of one of the words and to resend the proof, she did so quickly and was so efficient. I was so excited to know I didn't have to work long and hard on the signage. Sara gave me options of how to get it printed. Since it was cheaper and probably easier to apply the new signs in print, rather than vinyl, we went with that option. The only down side is that she probably doesn't have the latest software and/or technology to create good files, but that didn't really seem to matter since the problems really were on my end. The price seemed decent but I really didn't price out other places because I didn't have time and I like using local smaller businesses.
