Gilmore sales staff promise the world and make you feel very comfortable choosing their services. Making verbal commitments that if anything goes wrong with the job that they would fix it. I asked to see the terms and conditions at the beginning of the quoting process, and never received them. I have asked for them repeatedly, and have never received them.
Once you are dealing with them and there is a problem, they will walk away and ignore all your requests, not returning phone calls or emails. This process is done from the sales staff right up the management chain to the owner/president Bob Gilmore.
