Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried that I would have to get rid of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress - this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I did not get rid of my furniture. He advised me not to touch anything as he wanted to come and assess the situation and then begin treatment. The entire eradication process took about 4 hours and he even followed up with me 2 weeks later. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease in which Zafar took control of the situation. He knew my panic was at an all-time high so I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the treatment process. I didn't use his service because my landlord wanted to do it himself, but if I was the home owner I would have had Zafir do it. Despite only charging me for an inspection, he was so nice and checked back with me to see how things were a couple days later. He even offered if I saw anything, he would come back for 10 minutes to give me advice free of charge which I thought was going above and beyond.

We were called by one of the companies technicians named Dylan to arrange a time for him to come out and assess the property for its needs. Dylan was on time and very polite and friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan explained the best locations to place the bait stations. Dylan answered all of our questions and gave us his contact information and told us that we could contact him if we had anymore questions. We were very impressed with this company. FinalLy received service after multiple attempts. They came out and set traps. The first technician was great. No complaints. When I called the office to come deal with animals in the traps the girl in the office told me to deal with it myself. Other times I couldn't get through. They sent another technician unannounced to pick up the traps and take them back. I explained the problem wasn't solved so he left the traps in place. Came again unannounced to collect the traps and I explained the problem wasn't solved and he needed to deal with my husband. They sent me an email offering a quote to seal the entry point in the house now that the squirrels have been removed. The squirrels are still a problem and more aggressive then ever. Here is my big complaint. Technicians keeps coming by to collect the traps and coming in to our property without making prior arrangements. They even bother my elderly parents. I am afraid to open the door when a male, I do not know, comes by, aggressively knocks on all the doors and yells my name. I have CPTSD. This is very upsetting to me. He said he did not have my new phone number and couldn't get a hold of me. First I have left messages for the office so you should have my number. You have my address and email. You could have sent a message or written a letter. You could have even left a note. I am not comfortable with the technicians coming by unannounced and wandering around my property. I do not have a problem returning the traps. Please contact me through proper channels and make arrangements. My husband has also used this company before so you should have his contact info on file.
