Orlando demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic decency in our interactions. In…read moreaddition to his inappropriate conduct, Orlando demonstrated a lack of skill and competence in his work. His workmanship was subpar and did not meet industry standards, raising serious concerns about his qualifications. He bit off more than he could chew. I made a mistake by not doing a proper research, I was only looking at his social media presence. Please don't get fooled!!!!! He keeps reusing his old contents to promote his business and he post personal gym selfies on his business ig??????!???????? LIKE HELLO????!!!?!!!!! That shows his lack of professionalism. In hindsight, there were early red flags in his communication and professionalism that I unfortunately chose to overlook. He rushed me with a great deal by offering thousands of dollar discount, per his word "I can say $9000 and probably never hear from you or I can charge you $5,500 and probably get the job" and "if you can schedule this coming week I'll do everything for $5000, but that price is only for this week. If you choose to start in two weeks the price will be $6000" Additionally, he didn't even came to visit my house to asses the opportunity before agreeing to the project. BIG REDFLAG! He then provided an incorrect quote, and when I pointed out the discrepancy in person, he denied that I had ever given him the correct information. I showed him the proof in our Facebook Messenger conversation, I asked TWICE, TWICE if the price is correct and instead of acknowledging the mistake or apologizing, he deflected and said, "you never told me" or "I didn't see that message" Despite clear evidence in our messages, that day he continued to blame me for a supposed lack of communication. He started the job on Wed 04/02, on Sat he texted me he won't be able to make it because he is not feeling well, and Sun because the temp was too cold to have the concrete pour. I agreed. On Mon 04/07, he poured concrete directly over an unfinished floor, with visible bumps throughout the house. I usually do walk through everyday after I finished my job at 4pm-ish, the house was already empty, and I found a visible bump, buried underneath the concrete. There was sticking object from the bump and I pulled it out from beneath it, exposing more debris left behind (see attached photo). I voiced my concerns, he said he will fixed it but instead started dodging me completely. He stopped showing up to finish the work and moved on to take another job with a different customer, leaving mine incomplete and a mess. To make matters worse, when I tried to have a conversation with him in person Thurs 04/10, he verbally abused me through text, calling me "Ungrateful", "You paid for Kia prices and wanted lamborhini quality", and "b**ching too much" No professionalism! He told us he did poor job because we deserve it, because to his own word we are "b**ching too much" when we asked nicely about our concern he told me we degrade him first by questioning his work. (mind you, I raised my concern ONCE, but he didn't fix it SO NATURALLY I asked him again, but I guess that's b**ching) At this point it was laughable, like be consistent, what is the truth here?! We deserve the botch job, or that's your best attempt? I eventually hired a new flooring contractor his name is Bob from hfsaustin.com (please go hire Bob instead!) my experience with Orlando was shitty and questionable, that I asked Bob if he will provide his own machineries, he say yes that's including the cement and everything, mind you, I had to rent my own machineries from home depot for Orlando bc he say he wont provide those. Per today, Orlando blocked my phone number, Facebook, and Paypal after I asked him for a PARTIAL refund, PARTIAL. Thankfully though the conversation with all the details remains visible! So y'all, if you want a contractor who is disrespectful toward you, unskillful, and have anger issue go ahead hire Orlando Salazar. He is a contractor from HELL! If you hire a general contractor MAYBE, maybe it is okay to have Orlando as a sub-contractor because he need a big guy to put him in place, he have a courage to talk like this to me because I'm a 5'0 women, and that was such a small d-- move! I believe in Karma, so hopefully karma gets you back!

I work in the construction industry and have seen my fair share of projects, but this tile company was by far the WORST I have ever dealt with. They demanded money upfront and then completely abandoned the job without finishing. On top of that, they caused significant damage to my property, which resulted in thousands of dollars in repairs which Orlando said the company insurance would pay for (spoiler alert, they didn't). Their employees seemed terrified of the owner and were clearly unskilled. The tile installation was a disaster--uneven, sloppy, and far below any professional standard. To make matters worse, they couldn't even work with the materials we had chosen. We had to return them because they admitted they didn't know how to install them. This is unacceptable for a company claiming to be professional. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to answer any phone calls or messages. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and the damage they caused have made this one of the most frustrating and costly experiences I've ever had. Avoid this company at all costs!

Ms. Linda walked me through everything, from my options as well as what other items were available. She found items i was wanting even when i knew they were challenging to find. She helped me so much and I am greatful for her help. Mr. Dubea made everything I selected to happen. Even though there is no need for Mr. Dubea or Ms. Linda to have anything more to do with me, they offered to be there if I had any questions or needed any assistance. The end product was a beautiful home God has blessed me with.

Even though you receive a one year warranty with your home purchase, he fights you when it comes to fixing things! Our backyard started to sink in several places, causing the grass to flood and die... and as the ground sank, it made the sprinkler heads stick way out of the ground. Majority of the sinking was directly along the irrigation lines... In other words, you can see where the piping was laid without even mapping it out. He claims it was our dog that made the ground sink... In perfect symmetrical lines leading to the sprinklers- lol. He tried defending his work by pointing out that it was sinking along another irrigation line but that the grass hadn't died in that spot... It's like he believes as long as the grass can grow over the trench, it's quality work. In the end, he said he doesn't cover the yard in the one year warranty. But in reality, it's not just yard issues he fights his buyers on... We've been in our new home for a little over 5 months and he just recently finished replacing our fireplace after he broke the initial one during installation. At first, he fought replacing the fireplace as well until we took it apart in front of him and proved that he had never removed a cap that was supposed to be removed and had screwed it down into the regulator, breaking it. He is gaining a bad reputation when it comes to repairs and doesn't always stand by his promise to build a "quality home".
