Again they weren't apologetic for this inconvenience. Then of course I had to pay double for the plumber. Again they weren't at all apologetic. I've since sent a complaint and received no response. I won't be going back there again as their follow up service is non existent and their attitude is shocking.

I recently had three items cleaned for $20 with a two business day turn around, and they've gotten out stains that I thought were for sure a new part of my wardrobe. The guy who runs the shop is really nice and always honest about his expectations for stain removal. Cross dry cleaning problems off your list, because we've got this sorted. (Also laundry, but I can't vouch for that because my washing machine hasn't broken yet (knock on wood))

I bought 20kg of Australian sustainable charcoal, I was very happy with the price and variety that was there. The only problem lugging 20kg to my car! My advise is, go check this place out! We blocked the door for a few minutes taking in the cool. For all your kitchen needs. From cutlery, to plates, to tea pots (with and without cozies) to interesting knife holders that are filled with this stuff that makes you want to stab it repeatedly with the knife. Which I did. It was joyous. Pots, pans, clay pots, cups, glassware, drink bottles, baking goodies, candles, things and stuff! Anything and everything you might want to deck out your kitchen. And delicious little round biscuit ice-creams that made me squeal in glee. Go in and say g'day some time.
