Terrible law firm, would not recommend. 1st, I did not talk to my lawyer throughout the entire litigation : that is, for about 4 years, all I got was his assistant delivering messages. 2nd My lawyer refused to discuss settlement with me, just kept promising I'd get a "big settlement" - guess what? in the end, I got a terrible settlement. Full of empty promises. I bet he didnt even review my case. 3rd finally talked to my lawyer 3 days before my lawsuit was heard in court. 3 days!!! what kind of preparation is that?? He said my deposition ruined my case... guess what? HE NEVER PREPARED ME FOR DEPOS. Settled the case for less than half of what i expected. When i thought the worst was over, this lawfirm got even worse... I'VE BEEN WAITING THREE MONTHS TO GET MY SETTLEMENT CHECK! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS??? I saw their ad on TV. I slip and fall on black ice in new york followed by my Spine surgery. They called with excitement to take my case. They claim that they are efficient and experienced. I signed the contract but they started the case without collecting all the information from me. And after close to 3 months they called and said sorry not to go further because of lack of some information. But now they screwed up my case and no other law firm is taking my case because they wasted lot of time. I am still suffering from pain and facing unemployment situation and standing nowhere. Had a car accident and surgery on my knee, the medicals office that does "Physical therapy" for Ginarte's client sucks!! They will just lay you in a bed and do no therapy at all, but that's a different story. Anyways attorney will take up to 30% of the money the insurance settle me for, that's a-lot comparing to other lawyers, before signing contracts speak to other attorneys about the percentages they take. I don't recommend this Law Firm, i went to them on a workmen's Comp. case I never spoke to any lawyers but a paralegal who told me she was gonna set an appointment to speak to the lawyer regarding my case that never happened I waited & waited then a friend told me that I should of never went to them if you don't have a big case or they feel there not gonna make a big return they out you on hold. Plus think about so many commercials radio ads if a lawyer is good just with referrals is more than enough Unless you want your keys to be put on hold or don't get no results then don't waste your time this is my opinion read more

Absolute worst experience I've ever encountered. They are the most incompetent, non responsive company. They do nothing until I call them to check on my case and it is extremely frustrating. My experience was an absolute disaster of an experience! RUN, do not take heed to their false advertisement! For them to be as big as they are and as advertised as they are their customer service sucks! You are not priority to them, not to the many lawyers you will see and change hands with because if you think that you are going to get just one, THINK AGAIN! You'll be extremely lucky if the very last one who signs off, when they sign off on your settlement check, which is another story in itself, if you've ever even talk to him or if you even know his name! Getting back to the settlement check it's a process they say, it's funny how they have offices all over the place but my check has been held up for a week because there's not a lawyer to sign off on it! Extremely disappointed with this law firm. Very unprofessional. My mother signed her settlement agreement on June 29th and its now August 27th and she still has not check in her hand. We keep calling and get a different sorry every time. They keep telling her that the Newark office has the check and then that they don't have it, that they have to send it by courier to Passaic. This is 2018 the check should just be deposited in the account and a check should be drawn to the client from any office. Right! I believe they are just giving her the run around and getting interest on my mother's money in the bank. Don't go to this firm. The lawyers and never talk to you. You have to make an appointment for the lawyer to even take your phone call. Staff is not to friendly and they lye just to get you off the phone. This firm is a not responsible at all. I am currently in the process of reaching out to the Barr Association to report them. read more

If there was less then one star I would give this to them. My aunt was in a horrible car accident. She needed surgery. After giving her a back and forth for a long time they did not even get enough money for her to get surgery. It took them over a month to finally give her a check. Supposedly every time she went to ask about her check "the person who is supposed to sign them was never there, or had not signed the check". Those are their exact word. After going to court they also told her she would get $15K and when she finally picked up her check. Mind you it took them 3 hours just to give her the check and when they did they only have her $8k. Made a bunch of excuses of why she was not getting the full $15k. DO NOT USE them! They do not care about the customers or your case. All they care is about getting their pay check!! DO NOT GO THERE! Please do not waste your time. I wanted a consultation regarding possible discrimination and unpaid wages at work and after gathering information over the phone they told me that an attorney will review my complaint and give me an appointment. After two weeks they gave me an appointment which they ended up changing because the attorney couldn't make it that day. When I finally came in for the appointment and sat down with the attorney I kept being interrupted as I was trying to explain the specifics of my situation. I was told to limit my answers to a yes or no. After 10 minutes of this bull, I just got up and left the office. I'm sorry but if you don't have the time to listen to my case or rather don't think my input is relevant, then you are not fit to represent me in court. I met with Ty Hyderally and sincerely do not recommend him or the rest of Ginarte's attorneys at all. read more
