My niece attended this program for several years and truly enjoyed it. Unfortunately, our experience changed when she began having repeated issues with another child. When my sister brought the situation to the trainer's attention, she felt that her concerns weren't fully acknowledged. Over time, the situation escalated, and when my niece finally tried to stand up for herself, the other child's parents filed a complaint. To our surprise, it was my niece who was ultimately asked to leave. From our perspective, it felt like her side of the story wasn't given equal consideration, and the decision left her very upset after having invested so much time and care here. We hope that, in the future, conflicts between children are handled with more balanced communication and attention to all families involved. read more

My own experience with this gymnastics is horrendous, it's all about the money and not quality for the kids involved. Too many kids per class and the children do not advance.. your promised for your kids to be in a 8 class per student and end up in a 10 to 15 per class and you see the coaches not paying attention to any of the athletes. Your promised your child will be moved and advanced in a few months as she is doing a "fantastic " job.. But again no advancement is done!!! I highly do not recommend this facility unless you want to waste your money and your child's time and efforts. read more

Yo no soy de estar poniendo reviews malos, pero al parecer algo esta pasando este año algo extremadamente decepcionante para muchas mas perdonas que lo que uno imagina. Cono padres que somos y uno espera un buen servicio de algo que uno esta pagando con tanto sacrificios por años hay que decir la verdad para que la próxima vez que tenga que decidir para un lugar sobre la Gymnastic, busque otro lugar a donde te puedan ofrecer lo que uno merece y le prometen. Ya habiendo dicho esto, estoy en shock de como entre dueña, asistente, coaches se van lavando las manos de cualquier conflicto. Se hacen pasar por muy buenas personas, sinceras y no lo son. Todo es fachada. For ejemplo a las niñas recreacional que empiezan bien pequeñas por primera vez, eso para ellos es un 80% que el niño/niña se quede en ese mismo lugar/nivel por años... al otro 20% depende la conveniencia de ellos de ( la dueña, la asistente y los coaches) Si no les conviene pq tienen suficientemente niñas $$$ se queda todo como esta y te dicen que la niña debe seguir ahi, quieras tu que avance o no, o la nina este ya aburrida por años en el mismo nivel, ese fue mi caso personal... no les importo que le dijera que mi hija llevaba mas de 2 años estancada haciendo lo mismo de la misma forma, que estaba aburrida, que por favor hicieran un minimo cambio para que ella pudiera seguir animada e entusiasmada pero no prefirieron mejor decirme que no, y al decirle, ok! entonces voy a tener que sacarla de aqui porque no avanza y esta aburrida, solo me dijeron ok esta bien. No les importa el avance de todos los niños, solo de algunos, casualidad que los que mas les interesan son los que pagan clases extras privadas a $70 por hora. Te das cuenta que hay mejor servicio y trato cuando esa niña, va a 2 clases privadas a la semana. Asi son de injustos, pagando una mensualidad como todos no los enseñan a TODOS POR IGUAL!!! SON SELECTIVOS CON LAS NIÑAS Y TIENEN FAVORITISMO!! A niveles mas avanzados de competencia es igual con mayor abundancia, porque el dinero es mayor, escogen a sus favoritas y tienen mejor trato con esas niñas. Empiezan a dejar de lado a las otras, supervisandoles menos, haciendo los ejercicios en su turno q vez de 4 veces 1 vez solo, no les ponen cuidado, no las corriguen.... como la que paga clases privadas entre otros favoritismos que hay como por ejemplo que a ciertos padres les cobran menos $$ mensualmente que a otros. Todo es cuestion de conveniencia y dinero. Si la niña no es excelente y brilla desde al principio mas pagan clases privadas....se queda estancada. Super decepcionante. CONCLUSION, ANTES DE BOTAR SU DINERO Y SU TIEMPO Y QUE SU HIJA/O LLEGUE A DECEPCIONARSE, FUSTRARSE, HACERLE RECHAZO ETC BUSQUE OTRO LUGAR QUE SI LO RESPETEN, QUE SU DINERO NO SEA LO UNICO QUE IMPORTE Y SU HIJA PUEDA CONOCER DE VERDAD LO LINDO DEL DEPORTE DE LA GYMNASTIC CON RESPETO Y DEDICACION PAREJA Y JUSTA! read more

First off, this is a new and beautiful facility that took over the space of the old Jumpin' Jamboree. My daughter has been begging me for two years now to join a gymnastics class and when she saw Gina's Gymnastics sign go up in our neighborhood, she begged even more. I was a bit hesitant at first because of covid but the gym seemed clean and the gymnasts wear a mask (a big plus because I'm aware of other gyms that don't require the kids to wear them). My daughter has been to three classes now and absolutely loves it. The trainers are very patient and detailed with the kids. They cover a lot in each class and it gives the kids the opportunity to learn a lot while keeping them engaged. The waiting area has countertop seating so that parents can see their gymnasts. It also has a plexiglass shield. There are electrical outlets so that you can plug in your laptop or phone chargers -- very convenient, and there's free wifi. There is also a cafe that offers a variety of snacks, drinks, and appetizers. I would rate this five stars except that the waiting area makes me very uncomfortable in times like now. While there are signs to remain 6 feet apart, most parents do not adhere to it and I have not seen staff enforce it. What's also worrisome is that the cafe and eating area is part of the waiting area. That means that there are lots of parents without masks in a crowded waiting area... with very little social distancing. I've tried to wait in the front lobby a couple of times, away from the crowd, but was told I was not allowed to stand there each time. If the owners read this, I would like to suggest at least limit eating to the tables in the center and not the counter seating where we can view our gymnasts. Overall, I'm very happy we have this gymnastics option in the neighborhood and would highly recommend it if you are interested in enrolling your child in a professional and high-quality gym. read more

This is an excellent facility with a professional and friendly staff (a rare combo nowadays). The gym is extremely clean and well organized. Teaching kids skills that require strength, both physically and mentally, isn't always easy, unless you truly like what you're doing. These coaches do. They are knowledgeable and firm, yet age-appropriate friendly. My 6 year old loves their summer camp, too! She does not want it to end.
