I went in this morning at 11:00 am to get two of my vehicles de-registered. There were 4 employee ladies sitting at the 4 windows but only 2 were helping customers. The other 2 were looking at their computer screens. There were two other customers sitting in the lobby ahead of me. I sat there for about 15 minutes when 1 of the customers finished and walked out. That left 1 customer being waited on and 3 employee ladies sitting in their chairs and 2 other employee ladies laughing and walking around behind them. I waited another 15 minutes and still no one else was called up to be helped so I got up and walked out. What happened to good customer service? If these employees are unhappy with their jobs they should look for other places to work, but if they are just lazy, people like myself should report them. read more

Probably the most unprofessional establishment ever. Upon entering, the first thing I heard was one of the employees screaming about how she's "tired and ready to go home" in a room full of customers. The employees are rude and extremely misinformed. The employee i spoke with gave me completely incorrect information before even viewing my record, then proceeded to argue with me when I asked for an explanation of the INCORRECT information she was giving me. There are illegal and sketchy things that happen here. Agents are not knowledgeable on what they are doing. I told my agent that scanning my military ID is illegal (under Title 18, U.S. Code Part I, Chapter 33, Section 701, and is punishable by fine and imprisonment) and she stated, "It's what the state of Arizona requires." So you're telling me you are above the law? There are different means to verifying military service. For example, an LES. When I asked to have my military ID back, she continued to scan it after I told her no and she said, "you'll get it back," as she scanning it and holding my military ID hostage. Also, if I already have veteran on my ID, why would I need to verify service again if I did it the first time? Am I supposed to go from being a veteran to not being one? The agent who was conducting my transaction was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful. To make it worse, I was in uniform too. When I called to let them know of this situation after they replied to this review, ABSOLUTELY NO ONE answered the phone. I've called many many times today and no answer. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going to the actual DMV. read more

Nothing fancy decor-wise, but they do pretty much everything the motor vehicle department does. They were even helpful recommending that I get tax relief documents from Fort Huachuca before registering my vehicle from out of state-saving me a few bucks. So why not a higher rating? I knew they charged a service fee, and I should have paid more attention. I guess I thought it'd be pretty nominal but it was $20. Who isn't trying to save a buck or two these days? This place is quick and convenient and they have good customer service. Oh, and they take credit and debit cards here too. I think I'll save a little money next time though and make my way to the mvd. read more

I've probably been in Ginger's half a dozen times since we moved here two and a half years ago. The staff is amazing: professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The other day I had to register a vehicle I purchased out of state. I arrived at 8:40. I was third in line. I was done by 9:25. This included registering the vehicle, titling the vehicle, purchasing personalized plates and signing the papers. The lady who took care of my vehicle was friendly and knowledgeable. I'm VERY UPSET WITH GINGER"S. Ginger's is holding the title I signed with a notary in order to sell my car. They claim that the buyer must present a notarized Bill of Sale. I have left town, and am no where near a notary, in a foreign country. Now Ginger's won't give the title back to my buyer. That car and title belong to me until the new owner registers. AZ doesn't require a Bill of Sale to register a vehicle. I have sold it to a friend, and we are not happy with Ginger's for taking the title and not giving it back. read more

I've heard about Ginger's Auto Title Service for many years, something about not going to MVD just didn't sound right, so I've never even drove past the building. Last week I bought a used car from a private seller and was dreading the trip to the MVD. Last week I went to the MVD at what I figured would be a safe time of day; two hours after opening, and two hours before lunch. I was wrong, 20 plus people sitting in chairs waiting, and only two employees working. I have a job and sitting for 2 hours wasn't going to work, so I figured I'd try Ginger's Auto Title Service and see what it was all about. I walked in the front door and a very pleasant lady asked if she could help me. I walked over to her area, I took a seat, and told her I bought a used car. She asked me how many years I would like to register the car, I told her 5 years. The cost for a 5 year registration on a used car, plus Ginger's fee was $86!! Typing this review took longer than getting a new title, and plates for 5 years. Spending $20 on a service which saved me no less than 2 hours, well worth it, and I'm never going back to the MVD!! read more
