The clerk told me - "Go to Amazon", so as I am going on it, she actually put her hands on my phone and started scrolling through it; she was incredibly rude; I told her that I couldn't find it on there; she then stated "What do you mean? It has to be there." I said that perhaps I mistook it for a different return - and that I didn't want to hold up the line. "Didn't you go to where I told you to go before? " I told her that I was well aware as to where I needed to go, however, it was not there and that I would come back later. She said nothing. This rude employee has zero personality, zero customer service, apparently her attitude allows for her to be rude to people. I will go out of my way never to return here again. Get some better employees!
