    Hibachi grille was tasty
    Mohamed A.

Its hard not to give this place 5 . Fresh hot food. Waitress is polite & trying to speak English. Service is very good. Place is clean & food is delicious. Im impressed with the quality since it's an open buffet. We are travelers & were passing by, but glad we stopped & ate there. I will give this buffet 10/10

Hibachi grilled Lo-mein noodles, teriyaki steak, grilled chicken and sesame chicken from Buffett area.

The food is delicious especially the hibachi grill. I get takeout and spend $200 or more per week for myself and my son. The owner who's typically at the register is so kind and welcoming. The young Asian girl at the front register IS EXTREMELY RUDE. She doesn't greet you or smile or speak or helpful. I make it my business to walk in and say hello and say thank you once I pay and have my take out bagged. She doesn't greet you or say anything at all if she's not on her phone on FaceTime. Whenever the owner man is at the register he is attentive and makes sure to bag any extra sauces in the proper containers so it won't spill in transit. She will hand you a bag and you'll have to ask for anything you need which asking her for anything it's like you're bothering her. I have been visiting this restaurant for some years even before the new owners took over and the name change. Today is Monday Oct. 14, 2024. The chefs on the hibachi grill are Mexican and don't speak English. They are all very kind, patient and caring. I have a lot of patience and kind to everyone. It upsets me anytime I visit and she's working but today she was extra rude and makes me feel like not spending my money there because being kind doesn't cost anything especially when you're working with the public.

Formerly hibachi buffet, this is probably the best Chinese buffet in the Greenville area. The price is reasonable and the food items are good too One down side is the food choices are always the same, so don't go there repeatively as it will get boring I hope they never increase the price as that is the main reason I go there

    The usual suspects.

The hibachi grill was good but everything else was cold and gross. Also very expensive for a lunch buffet. We won't be back

It was average for a buffet. Grandkids loved the crab legs so that made it all ok. Plenty to pick from

The place was surprisingly nice...very cozy, inviting ambiance with a warm, fuzzy color palette. Thoroughly Japanese in decor...complete with anime on TV screens. The menu was quite lush...SO much to choose from! They had a wide variety of ramen, as well as a long list of sushi (both nigiri and sushi rolls), as well as a variety of donburi and even poke bowls. Tons of appetizers too. LOVED their menu! I ordered the Spicy Tantanmen Ramen, and a Pork Bao Bun. My husband ordered Chicken Katsu (appetizer only), Shrimp Tempura, and a bowl of white rice. We also shared Edamame. Well, all I can say is WOW. Everything....I mean EVERYTHING was absolutely delish!! Actually, I think I got the wrong ramen... Instead of Tantanmen, I got the other Spicy Ramen (I think?)...and normally, I'd be upset about this, but my ramen was still SO good, I decided to let it go. The Bao Bun was good too! I also sampled my husband's dishes...and both Katsu and Shrimp Tempura batters were perfect...So incredibly crispy and fresh!! So glad we chose to check out this place. A-Plus all the way!

Food was fantastic. We got the calamari to start, which I'd highly recommend! We both got a bowl of ramen (The garlic tonkatsu was incredible), and two sushi rolls to share. Excited to compare it to other ramen shops in the area, but overall very pleased with our first experience here!

I used the gps to get here because I wasn't familiar with the area. The plaza is set off a little from the road. Unfortunately, it can be easy to miss because of all the construction. I stopped in twice during my stay and it was completely empty both times. Each time, the staff members were friendly. Inside is smaller than other locations I've been to. I built my own bowl with brown rice, shrimp, edamame, cucumber, corn, sweet soy, and sesame seeds. It was delicious! The ingredients are always fresh. The portion is great for the price. Of course I'll be back when I'm in the area.

However, there were only a handful of patrons between 11:30 and 1:45 time that we sat, ate and visited. Which was nice because we were not in the way nor were we disturbed, so we had a good, long lunch. This is also one of the customizable assembly lines where you pick a rice base for your bowl and down the line with additions, proteins, toppings etc. It is just that many of the proteins are raw fish. All of which was good. I got a pre-chosen offering of the restaurant called the Da King bowl, which has rice, seaweed salad, tuna, and I chose a wasabi sauce to go along with the ponzu sauce. This was one big mess of a mix of food, but tasty and healthy. The restaurant itself is smaller, with 8 or nine tables but most tables seat six and are suitable for shared seating. Its healthy, and tasty, but just not my favorite thing to jumble so many flavors into a bowl. I would definitely return, but not make it a destination trip, just one of convenience.
