Had to have an emergency locksmith attend during office hours to open a door , as I was locked in…read more.It took the whole of 5 minutes to open the door and he charged £200. He was the most miserable individual I have met in a long time and was fixated with the price of the job even though I was locked in and quite distressed.He gave me the quote from the other side of the door , so I had little choice but to accept it. He said I would need to pay him £200 for the job as he had to drill the handle .it took 5 minutes and he had no interest in the fact that I was upset having been locked in for 4 hours in very hot temperatures and also being quite unwell at the time. This is not the normal kind of service I have experienced from this company in the past , they are usually kind and very helpful. This man had no customer focus only money and seemed to have had a personality bypass ?? Not a good look for the company at all.

I think it's a family run business (there are definitely a few people there who look like they share the same gene pool, that's how I'm basing my guess here). They fitted the locks on my new house last year. They were efficient and really reasonably priced. If you live nearby, ie, in Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Rotherhithe, Bermondsey, there's a whole host of other stuff on offer in the shop like key cutting, shoe repairs etc. They fixed my very high heeled boot once immediately when I was on the move and the zip broke (=awesome) so I could carry on with my night and head out. They also cut keys, and it's cheap. Every set I've had made up works perfectly. You'd be "locky" to know these guys. Mwa ha ha....
