I was on a coach tour and time was short. It's a lovely shop with only one helpful shop assistant. I bought 9 items and ran to catch up with the tour group. On the bus I checked my items and had 10 items and the till slip (invoice) only showed two items and totalled more than my goods purchased. Naturally I took photos of everything and wanted to forward it via email. Unfortunately there is no email address to be found. So my first impression of a shop with wonderful choices and a helpful assistant is wiped out and I am not happy.
