First call he was out of town. Next call, he told me that he would have an estimate in a week. 5 months later and still no estimate. I would never hire Darryl Burke for any project, even if he was the lowest estimate! He doesn't even deserve the one star, but the website wouldn't let me continue unless I gave at least 1 star.

After waiting two and a half hours, I contacted them and was told an emergency job popped up. We agreed to reschedule. They didn't arrive for the second agreed upon time and after waiting fifteen minutes I contacted them and was told there were two jobs ahead of me and they would let me know the ETA. I never heard back from them. This company is not serious about their commitments. I am very disappointed I allowed myself to be taken advantage of more than once.

I would recommend clear and concise discussions about what you need done and writing it down. Dave and his wife are trying real hard to bring good service at a reasonable fee. This group get's a 4 and I'll tell you, as I work with him more, his rating will reflect his service capabilities. BE SPECIFIC when quoting jobs with Dave and take good notes.
