I was nervous about picking a stain that I would not like and would be stuck with. Michael spent time explaining to me how stains last and the type of stains that could go towards the orange color I was trying to avoid. He sent me pictures and was very helpful in the process of picking a stain and finish. While Michael and his team were working, they noticed some areas that still had carpet and staples (which were supposed to be removed by our General Contractor, but did not do a great job), and he volunteered to remove it, and was happy to do it!
