If I could give negative stars I would.
I had been in touch with Candace via email getting info to set up a shuttle for my mom to get from Midland to Odessa for her MD appts. Via email the customer service seemed wonderful. I was informed I didn't have to call to schedule early -but to just call 30 min ahead and that I could pay for it by phone.
A couple of months later, my mom needed the ride. I wanted to make sure she got it I called really early -early early morning like around 3-5am (it's been a few months so I don't exactly remember -but I hadn't realized they closed -thinking they had a call center that functioned 24 hrs).
The guy answered and seemed upset. I explained I was in a different time zone and apologized for waking him up. I explained my mom needed a ride at 8am. He told me to call back at 7:30 -I did. When I called he was already giving someone else a ride from the airport -I guess they only have one working car/driver... he said he'd call me back if he could make it to my moms.
At 7:45 I started to get worried. I called all the different numbers I could find online for GK, most didn't answer, some were forwarded to the original number I'd called (I could tell because when I was forwarded the voicemail was the same). It was nearly 8 and this guy still hadn't called me back and was obviously avoiding my calls.
I had to reschedule my mom's MD appt to another day. The day went by and they never called me back. I emailed Candace on 4/15 to notify her of what happened -still haven't heard back from this company and don't expect to. I will not bother with them again, really horrible customer service. read more
