Because of the reviews we decided to with this vendor. She only speaks Spanish, took 2 weeks to return my calls and texts, her partner who does speak English was a little rude. This was for my wedding; she could not deliver on what I wanted for centerpieces, we had to get the centerpieces for the table from another vendor. My bouquet was not what I had ordered; the corsages for the mothers we asked that they be made to pin onto dresses, instead she made them to be worn on the wrist. I ended up getting some centerpiece flowers for my sweetheart table last minute from Gladys Flowers after having already placed my order for everything else from another florist. Beatriz did my sweetheart table flowers, as well as the flowers for my cake, and oh my goodness, I was blown away. Let me tell you, those sweetheart table arrangements were much bigger and much more beautiful than the ones I used for my centerpieces on the dining tables. They were also a fraction of the cost. Hard to reach - unless you speak Spanish I have been trying to reach this company with no real progress. I have to get my flowers with them since they are associated with my venue, Vista Lago. I called and the lady only spoke Spanish. She said that she would have someone that speaks English call me back. I waited a couple days and no one called me back. I then called back a week later and finally, someone texted me. They texted me a day and time that they were available, which clearly didn't work for me since it was during midday on a weekday...um, people work around here. Since I told them I work, and I couldn't make it at that time, now I am playing the waiting game yet again. Still no answer as to when I can go in for an appointment. And, they won't see you during the weekend like most companies do, cause they are busy on the weekends. Most wedding services see customers on the weekend cause they understand people work and the weekends work best. Not this company. You basically have to take a day off from work to go pick your damn flowers. Hopefully my venue can give me credit to go see another company that's more responsive than this one. read more
