My k-tip extensions were expertly installed. Color match - perfect. Blending - perfect. Styling - perfect. And Marcia's new team member Nesreen did her thang on my keratin treatment! I'm a curly girl who has had many keratins in my life, but this was the first time I saw the results you expect - curly hair washing out straight. Ya'll, when she did my blow dry after the keratin, she didn't even need the round brush! It was that straight! This was my second time going to Marcia for k-tip extensions. (You know they're good when you go back!) At my free consultation, I decided on the Brasil Cacau Keratin Treatment and 20 inch extensions. After they took down their last k-tip install (which lasted me 8 months, ya'll - EIGHT), I discovered: (1) my hair had been growing and getting healthier, but also (2) someone added gray hairs when I wasn't looking. (Gasp!) During the appointment, I asked Marcia to add a glossing service to hide the grays. No problem! So, after we washed out the keratin (don't even get me started on being able to walk out of the salon with the keratin already washed out....love this new brand), Nasreen did the gloss lickity split. Now, when Nasreen got me back in the chair to blow dry, I was surprised to see that my hair was bone straight, didn't feel processed, and only needed a rough blow dry. Nasreen did her thing, ya'll! She put her foot in it! (Another thing the kids say. Translation - she put her back in it, and got amazing results). Then, enter Marcia who had color matched my hair while we did the keratin, creating a shade to match my natural (and glossed) color while giving me some depth for movement. She quickly and expertly began installing the tips. Let's talk about the install. I'm newish to extensions - been getting them done since Fall 2024, but like Goldilocks did not find the stylist who was "just right" until I went to Marcia October 2025. Before Marcia I had done all kinds of research and watched tons of videos on how ktips are installed. I wanted to make sure I chose wisely given the investment. I had been to many consultations to find a stylist who could work with my curly hair and give me the beautiful extensions I wanted. The first two had strengths, but each time it was time for a new do, I was back at the drawing board looking for just the right stylist, for me. Marcia is the first one I went back to. Her install technique is right, and like I said earlier, she has a great vibe. When Marcia and her team finished, I was truly insta ready. I was so cute, you guys. Hair flowing like Rapunzel. I was tired as you know what, but my hair looked so good I didn't want to sleep on it. Customer for life. Yes. That good. Follow her Instagram. You'll see for yourself. Having a mobile makeup service come to me made everything so convenient, and the results were nothing short of stunning. My before and after looks were absolutely incredible! She asked me about my event and what I wanted to look like and somehow made me look even better than I imagined. I showed up on time and was taken for service immediately. When you walk in it has your typical salon vibe with mirrors and chairs for service. My hairdresser was Giana and she was amazing. She was super nice and fulfilled all my needs. She asked what I was looking for and completed my look. They use WOW hair products which is good for me because my hair responds really well to them.
