I received a phone call from my 14 year old stating they needed money because they were being "held" there until they paid 350 Euros. Long story short, they hotel manager escorted me to the hair salon and "negotiated" with the salon until the police came. Yes, the police had to come to settle the dispute. It was a long drawn out ordeal, my girls didn't get to eat during the whole time there (close to 6 hours). Their hair did look good but it wasn't they way they were expecting it to come out and one of my daughters stated they ended up getting hair dye in her eye. There are plenty of choices in Naples to have your hair professionally "done", just don't choose Enif.

Getting to the day of, my wedding day started out quite stressful because of the weather (thunderstorm) and my wedding was on the very top of the mountain in Villa Cimbrone Ravello, IT. I received a phone call from them in the morning to make sure I was still having my wedding that day or if I needed to reschedule, they were so nice about it. The two AMAZING ladies Silvana and Susanna drove all the way up in the winding roads, walked a good distance to get to me (the rain had stopped by the time they arrived). I was still nervous but Silvana and Susanna made me feel super comfortable and at ease, they took my mind off of it and went to work. I cannot say enough about these girls, they were great, fast and made me feel really beautiful on my special day. My day started off crappy but they helped me get in the mood and thankfully my day became incredible after that. I got a refer from the hotel while I was on vacation in Capri and I was so excited she came to the hotel. Plus her English is perfect!
