I hoy the shellac done on my hand and regular on my feet. I have to say they both lasted only three days before the nail Polish started too come off and my nails begin to break. I've gotten my nails on both places previously and on my feet they last more than two weeks and my hands two weeks. Would not recommend or go back. Simply put, this place sucks. Not only were they completely understaffed, but since when is Essie so bad that it chips in the first day? I love this place! I've been going off and on for years because it's near work, and usually on weekdays and it's busy but you can usually get in and out within your lunch hour or right after work. I went on a weekend for the first time a few weeks ago with my mom and my 5 year old daughter and it was such a great experience for the three of us that now I will only go exclusively there moving forward. They were so accommodating with my 5 year old daughter, painting her toe nails and even adding in little decorative touches like rhinestones and a cute design and she loved it! My mom and I felt pampered and my daughter felt like a princeess. Excellent service and the people are so friendly. I highly recommend it! read more

Well, i am really sorry to post a negative review for a local business....However, i had really bad expericence. I used to come here for many years with asian previous owner. i have never had any problem. . But they changed to a latino owner recently and they dont know how to do nails, and are so rude. The manicurist did my mani and had cut my cuticle bleeding three times. I told her carefullly please, but she got a attitude. I get my gel polish chipped after two days. i had to pay a lot of money and then i had to go to another place to do it again. I will never come back here any more. Not recommended!!!! read more

Exceeded my expectations.. Staff was super nice. You do feel like you are getting pampered. Decor as someone stated its too grey.. some color would be nice to make you feel up lifting and they have a decent color choices. I would suggest though if you want a specific color you may want to bring it yourself just in case. But overall its worth a going.. ohh take into consideration I went like around 6:30pm so it was nice and quiet. For acrylics I go to Nuibis, shes funky and AMAZING! I went to this place because of the reviews... I think this was a case of expectations being set high and then my experience ending up just ok. As stated, it is in a strip mall and the decor and equipment is dated and looking a little shabby. The nail tech working on my pedi spent about 60% of the time balancing her cell between her shoulder and ear talking about some crazy Colombian soap opera. She was nice but really didn't seem into it. She also hovered waiting for a tip. The price hear was great, $20 for a pedi and the timing was right for a lunch time foot pamper. Also, they don't have many nailpolish colors to chose from, so you might want to bring your own. I'd go back to this place but not sure if it would be my first choice. read more

This place just lost another customer! My nail lady MAYRA is leaving this place and I couldn't be happier! Mayra is the only reason I kept coming back to this place. First of, they never have the new colors from OPI and Essie...they have cheap brands of nail polish and old colors. Also, like what the other customer said, the TV is always on blast! And not to mention, it's ALWAYS on a Spanish TV!!! It is irritating! And the owner? She sits there all day on her ipad playing slots and serves you coffee that was brewed early in the morning and if you come late in the afternoon, you better believe she'll simply microwave the same coffee from that morning! My friend and I came here because we saw good reviews. They are remodeling which is good but annoying. We had to hear music with loud banging from the construction guy hammering away. They asked us to pick a color which was kind of limited compared to other locations. I got sat in the pedicure chair while my friend was waiting for a tech. They ended up seating someone without an appointment who came in after us before my friend. When we complained they brushed it off. The pedicure itself was ordinary to say the least. I thought how odd as I waited for my tires on my truck to be installed I decided to paint my six-year-old daughter's nails hands and feet. When the lady finishes my daughters nails she tells me it's $18 the owner looked at me and press your lips as if she would not change your mind on the price this place is a rip off shitty service and very high-priced never come here that's why they have all the bad reviews they have. She didn't use any bath salt etc. you are the owner and you could t even look at my face all of you're reviews suck have you taken a look they speak for them selves you are thief who needs the money more then I do. The ladies were all very nice, but the lady that did my manicure kept complaining about how short my nails were and how they weren't going to come out nice. Sure enough, there was paint all over the skin surrounding the nails and she forgot the top coat for my shellac nails on one side. I've had my nails shorter and other techs shaped and manicured them fine. It also took over an hour and a half to be in and out for mani-pedi. Really disappointed, won't be back. read more

I had ONE bad experience at this salon, but the owner made sure I left a happy customer and that alone made me a regular at Glamour Nails. I usually go during my lunch hour and I advise beforehand that I only have an hour. I am out of there within the hour with perfect hands and feet. I usually don't do reviews but after reading the negativity some people have written about the salon I thought I would say something positive. Best part of it is.... They are super clean and the prices are very affordable. I pay $45 for gel mani and reg pedi most places I go to charge $40 for just a gel mani. This nails Salon is too old. They don't even care about me only because I did not have an appointment. In addition, lady did my manicure cut my cuticle and made it bleeding. She could not stop for long time. I was so upset. Then I went to look for another place. Finally I found down Bella Nails&wax salon which is way better and cheaper. The staff barely speaks English and when I was in the middle getting my acrylics on, the guy at the front asks if I could stop and have another women get her nails done before I finished because it was her appointment time. Great spot on the way to dolphin mall and international mall. I was a walk in and was attended to within 5 mins. They are very clean and have multiple sterilizers. The guy who did my manicure was ok- I think he normally does acrylics and was covering for someone. The older woman that did my pedicure was phenomenal and took her time.
