I have been going to this salon for years. Susan does my nails and she does an awesome job! She is so sweet and so accommodating. She recognizes your needs before you can tell her. I have used Jonathon and Lee when she is on vacation and they are awesome as well. The owners and all the employees are super nice and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've been back 3 times in 2 weeks due to broken nails. This last visit was the final visit after being a loyal customer for 2 years. I had requested white dip with glitter. My nails are yellow 3 days after my appt. It was so bad my husband genuinely even asked why did you get yellow polish for Christmas? My pedicure gel is thick and wavy and the glitter made my polish look dirty. Even after coming back for lifted and broken nails, they still charged me full price each time. Also, I do want to point out, that in addition to the yellowing, 2 nails are already lifting. Disappointed as this place is very pricey for a mediocre nail job at best. read more

This place disappointed me so much today. I choose to go to this salon for almost over a year faithfully going once sometimes even twice a month becoming what I thought was a loyal customer. Today I went in because my nail and toe had chipped from me moving (not the salons fault) I go into this shop two days after just getting my services to get my nail & toe repair. Instantly I'm met with an attitude because I guess my service isn't "good money" now my money isn't good enough lol. Proceeds to tell me it will be an HOUR wait remind you they have more techs than customers in the salon at this point so I know that was BS then she has someone fix my toes my eyebrows all of which I already expected to pay for when I ask can I get my nail fixed like I asked she has the nerve to tell me come back in an hour ! In my April appointment, I was given Tim, as again there was no Andy. At the last minute (unfortunately) I decided to get a manicure. I had not been here before receiving a gift certificate for Glamour Nails. I attempted to walk in but they were busy so I made an appointment for later in the day. I did arrive 4 minutes late for my appointment, and they made me wait 20 minutes! Although they apologized, this does seem like a long punishment. However, the pedicure itself was very nice- and mainly I am talking about the massage. It was divine! I did not catch the gentleman's name that gave me my pedicure, but it was one of the better ones I have had. I went in with my sister who was visiting from VA. There is a reason I do not go to nail salons, they never make my nails look good. The people, Andy and Jonathan were very nice but have no clue how to make nails look sleek and sexy. Andy did a dip powder on my nails and made them very thick and clumpy, and did not completely cover each nail. The powder is supposed to be thin at the cuticle and build up as you go further out, but mine were thick and clumpy all over the whole nail. The shape was not even close to what I wanted, almond. I follow several nail artists/technicians on YouTube and Instagram and know what good quality nails should look like. My sister even went in and had hers redone to no avail. It is quite disappointing to know what beautiful quality nail work should look like but then not receive it from a salon with such high ratings. I've gone here for a long time, but these past few times haven't been the best. They are very friendly, and even if you try to talk they don't respond (with some exceptions, it's mostly the owners that aren't the friendliest) I would like to say this is the only downside but, they also treat your nails the best. He clipped my nails straight on and I could see it bending. I got SNS and the first time a nail came off, the second time it chipped, and the third time it started to break on 3 nails. And, I wouldn't mind the music if they weren't playing the music videos that go along with it (it's really inappropriate for younger kids) Although, I do like the manicures and pedicures, they are really relaxing. So, even though I've gone here for so long and they have really good color choices, I might try other nail salons. read more

Way over priced for nothing special. $25 for a basic pedicure (which is understandable) but the list said it included lotion hence a massage and that was not given and she did one coat for my polish and it's splotchy. I got basic coffin acrylics with white polish and my total was $85. My friend got coffin nails with an easy design and was charged $80 for nails alone. I have been going to Glamour Nails for the past few months. Since then, I have been up charged twice. I regularly go in for a gel manicure. On my last visit I was told that I needed to pay an additional $5 to have my polish removed. He then showed me the ala cart menu for the additional charge. I had never paid for polish removal before from my preferred tech. I later went back and spoke to the owner who was sitting there when i was checking out, and he then showed me the ala cart menu. I explained to him that according to the board of cosmetology, prices must be posted. Although I loved my preferred tech, I will not go back to this salon. read more

I once loved this nail salon...that was before the current management. There is the usual wait and then once you finally get started, sometimes one staff will work on multiple people at a time. It once took me over two hours to get a gel manicure, that is unacceptable. And when that doesn't happen, the staff rushes through each person like an assembly line. I honestly think the management enforces that. It's a very impersonal experience that I don't appreciate. This is an expensive salon and if I'm going to pay that amount of money, I expect to have a good amount of time spent on me and a great manicure. If you do choose to go here, try to get Susan. I came here once before and my nails turned out great. I always go for dip powder because it makes my natural nails look like acrylics (my nails grow out pretty long). I did notice though that they did not ask me what shape I wanted and just did square nails. So this next time I went I decided to tell them I wanted coffin shaped nails which just narrow out slightly at the tips. Simple. Unfortunately I had a nail tech who seemed to be newer and ended up taking 2 hours to do my nails. Usually it takes 1 hour. My nails came out uneven and misshapen. And barely a week and a half later one nail has already popped off which has never happened to me and I have been doing this for a year or so. Very disappointed. read more

The guy who helped me didn't want to do an acrylic fill but kept pressuring me to dip my nails instead. I ended up just getting a plain manicure and won't be going back. There is no question if they are licensed because they definitely are. Everyone there has a license and their supplies are all clean. No question about that. They don't only do such a great job on nails, whether it's long short, any shape, acrylic, dip, gel, or any new designs they have it come out perfect every time. I have never left Glamour nails unsatisfied. TJ does my nails every time but all the nail techs there do a great job. Their nail work is amazing but their customer service is just as good. They help you find the best nail for you, and are very talkative and personable. TJ is always finding the best new things that come out and will only do bring them into his salon if he feels they are good enough. They have glow in the dark nails, gel, dip, acrylic, and normal polish. The newest thing I tried was the cat-eye nail and it was so beautiful! I've been going to Glamour for about 8 months now and was happy I finally found a nail salon I could regularly go to. Kim and Anna are great! Kim is my go-to for gel manicures and pedicures every couple weeks. I loved her so much that I would book my next appointment with her before leaving. However, I'm never going back because I recently arrived for my appointment and found out that Kim was not working that day. That is the second time that's happen to me and shows they don't value their customers. I don't live close to Glamour Nails and I go out of my way to get my nails done here. A simple phone call would have been great to let me know Kim was not working that day. I ended up finding a different nail salon near my house and will be going there from now on. I have been in search of a new nail salon since moving and haven't found any that I truly have left satisfied with the end result. I started coming here about 2 months ago and have loved my nails every time! Everyone is super friendly here but Jonathan always does my nails and is fabulous! He listens to what I want and also offers suggestions which I'm always open to. The first couple times I went here I had TJ and he did a great job. But the last 3 times have been a big disappointment. I do the SNS dip. One I had the SNS break on one nail right at two weeks. Then last time I had the SNS break on 3 nails in less than a week and a half. Came in today to get them redone. They charged me full price even though it had been less than two weeks. We love this nail spa and have been there many times. Sadly, we almost didn't go because of the two recent negative reviews with notes about different management. Well, everyone in there is the same as before and between my husband and me we've been to 6 people and they've all been great. I had gone to Glamour Nails for 2 years and received excellent service. Then they started having a large turn over in their employees. I have had 6 different people in the last 6 months. The work was inconsistent and they were always late to start. I always made an appointment but they never started on time. I had to always wait 15 to 30 minutes. and the work got very sloppy.
