I narrowed down my choices and decided to try Pampered Pup. I was very nervous about leaving my Sadie and instructed them to give her a short shave, nails trimmed, and a bath. When I picked her up I couldn't believe she was the same dog! She looked great and so happy! Her groomer was Haley and she did a beautiful job on Sadie! And he can be hard to handle, especially for nail trims. Trinity came out to Introduce herself and just began speaking to Jack and petting him. I put a muzzle on him because I just wasn't sure. Then off they went to The back room. I got a text that Jack was ready so I anxiously went in and there was my handsome boy, all trimmed, smelling great and with a cute bandana around his neck. Trinity explained that she took the muzzle off right away and he was so great with her! He was such a good boy!! A bit squirmy and loud about his nails but a perfectly good boy for the whole process. I called the company and was told that is a service I need to ask for. I have never had to ask for that ever! I'd also be charged for them to come back out and fix it. Will never use them again and was told on the phone " sorry you feel that way"
