This building is a shared office space for various different companies. Usually companies that are starting out rent space here. Such as Yelp for example or Dropbox or I think linkedin might have been here when they first came to Ireland. The handyman and woman duo were just a fantastic pair. So friendly and loved a good aul chat when you were making tea. The rent itself is expensive though and if you want to hire a room for an hour for a meeting, it would want to be a very important meeting for the price. Its always kept clean and the caretaker does a good job. The receptionists can be hit and miss but all in all, it was a good place to be if you don't have offices of your own. read more
