Next Day I'm driving and starts to rain and I see water dripping from the top of the windshield in my truck. Thankfully this didn't happen overnight or else the water would've destroyed my $1150 Stereo system. I put a plastic bag over my stereo and Stoney's came back in 3 days (after the weekend) to re-glue my windshield. Overnight my floor boards filled with water that weekend. After they reglued I notice by back up cam monitor/rear view mirror isn't working and the cable run up through the windshield. They actually were the reason the leak happened in the first place, Stoney's pushed the cables in with glue on it and created a hole in the glue. I buy another rear view monitor for the back up cam. It gets no power either. So I know the power cable was damaged running up through the windshield either water damage or being pinched from the windshield install. All that takes me 4 weeks to figure out. My truck smells like mildew on the inside still from all the water that had leaked into the truck. I tell them that it's going to cost me $150 to reinstall the power line to the rear view monitor and I need to get the inside of the truck shampood from the water damage of their windshield install. They responded saying if I had complained right away about the damage they would have addressed it. But because I tried to fix it myself and waited 4 weeks to tell them, they can't take fault for why my back up camera now doesn't work and my truck smells like mildew. So now fixing those things will cost me as much as getting the windshield replaced.

We were lucky enough to discover them after an unfortunate smash-n-grab on my car, and each time, Ethan and the rest of the staff have been amazing. They are committed to doing quality work. Any time I have an issue that their shop could work on, I go to them first. They did decal repair for us and they put in extra time to find a really supplier that wouldn't gouge us. Dodge wanted like 4x the price. After the install, the even threw in some extra work for free on the paint around the decals, which looks amazing. At some point I'll have them do the rest of the car so it all gleams. Ethan even stayed after 5 on Friday, pro-bono, one time to check my friend's tires. How many auto shops do you know that would do that! I tried to tip him for it but he insisted it was just how they do business. A+ service shop. My only advice would be, they can get busy, so you may have to follow up a couple times to get a slot. It's worth it!!

I was concerned that the job would be most difficult because the paint all around the car was in GREAT shape, but a bit faded due to being ~20 years old. MBS came up with a competitive quote (which they came in under budget on) and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time. When I picked up my car, I was astounded to see that the paint had been matched exactly - which goes to show their attention to detail. What made the work really stand out is that they managed to restore my hood to perfect condition, saving hundreds of dollars versus buying a new one. All in all, MBS is a fair and trustworthy establishment that I would recommend to anyone in need of a body shop/repair.

I thought for sure it would take a body shop and the front quarter panel would have to be repainted. I thought I'd give Dent Removal Plus a try first, and met Steve Baxter, the owner. He assured me he could fix it to 99% without repainting. Steve is a master of his craft - my car was ready within an hour of dropping it off and I would say it isn't 99% but 100%. I cannot tell it was ever damaged. Steve even found a ding in the driver's door and removed that for me at no extra charge. VERY happy with his work! I was sure it would cost me several hundred to fix my car but the bill was way less than a hundred. I would highly recommend this shop. Steve tells me he's been doing dent removal for 9 years, and I'd say he's mastered the art.
