Glass and Grass did our large home Fernandina Beach, which has a huge bay of towering windows in the great room. The home itself is twenty years old, and likely the windows (and the exterior) hadn't been cleaned much. In fact many of the windows were so dirty I thought they were beyond revival. Looking around today... I'm stunned. Every glass surface G&G cleaned is crystal-clear. And I don't mean that as a euphemism, I mean the sliding doors are so clean I have to remind myself to open them before I walk into them. The home's exterior is back to its freshly painted brightness. The mold and general scum that once dotted and scarred its sides is gone. The eaves (the vented inlays underneath the roof's overhang, are white. I'd only known them as yellow with black spots. I also included a photo of that, it's incredible. Jared and Jacob did a phenomenal job. Best of all, our lanai area is a complex mesh-mosh of potted plants and beach knickknacks, which they moved completely from the porch but replaced perfectly once the cleaning was complete. They compared each spot to photos they'd taken before moving everything. Well done, dudes. We've already scheduled another cleaning for next season! Jared did an amazing job! We had our entire house pressure washed, driveway, sidewalks, furniture, bird bath, etc. He took great care to cover our jasmine and kumquat tree which have had all the leaves fall off with previous companies. They were not harmed this time. He took his time to ensure everything was spotless. He had to park several houses away as we are in a townhouse but he had the equipment to make it possible. He also offers services to include removal of inorganic stains if that is something you would like to have done. He offered to wash the windows but I do that myself. He runs a very professional business. He gave us a quote then emailed It to us. He sent a reminder the day before he came. We will definitely hire him next year.
