I spoke with her a couple of days after service to find that the plant was not delivered. So I called the florist and spoke with the owner. Letting her know. She just kept saying she sent it. I told her that she may have but my friend didn't receive it. She got short with me and was not very kind about it. I spoke with her and the funeral home neither taking blame or tried making it right. So I went to my friends mom's to discover that the plant had been sent but that they had double up someone else's card and place it on my plant. So in the end it was the florist mistake. The Funeral Home Fletner's told me they would return my call, which they never did. As A Funeral Director myself I was disappointed in both business's. The review is a 2 because it was delivered. I would not recommend the florist. Sad to me that in a difficult time and unable to attend, while letting them know I am in the same line of work that they where unable to take responsibility.

When the flowers were delivered the were not what I ordered. I ordered a sympathy bouquet. What was delivered was a much less expensive spring bouquet. I phoned again and spoke to the owner. She was very defensive and unapologetic and rude! She was very unprofessional. She told me I would not be charged and hung up on me! I was charged! I will never do business with them again and would not recommend them at all!
