This is a GORGEOUS place I tell you! Simply BREATHTAKING! The pictures I took do not do this place justice.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to make it to the chapel. However, someone at the place showed me aerial views of the chapel. It sits practically at the edge of a cliff of a mountain. It's so beautiful. I was told the chapel sits up to 200 guests. So this is perfect for small and big weddings.
This is a really secluded area where you'll find hidden houses as you drive up the mountain. There is a gate where if a wedding is held here, you will be provided a pass, when you give the attendant the name of the wedding you're attending.
The area where the reception is held is equally beautiful. It's secluded and there is a great deal of parking. There is a beautiful deck to relax, have drinks, maybe a photo booth and where for this wedding, the buffet was set up. The inside was nice with floor to ceiling windows and doors to view the landscape outside.
I'm quite sure this space gets booked quickly for Fall weddings. I can imagine how gorgeous this space is when the leaves change colors. Would be beautiful for pictures and just to relax in the fall weather.
The person who coordinates weddings for the space was really friendly. I was able to talk with her while my dude and I waited for everyone else to come. The food was EXTREMELY GOOD! EXTREMELY! The groom is a man of few words and I was told when he came for the tasting he showed more emotion than any of the others times they met. I believe it was $100 per plate.
So if you plan to have a small wedding (50 or less) and can afford this space and the food, you need to book this spot. It's worth budgeting out the expenses for a year before saying 'I Do'. Believe me..... it's worth it! read more
