The first year,…read moreeverything wen't smoothly, but each year following, the service got worse and worse, but the Bill went up and up! The Returns Started costing around $1500.00 then went up to nearly $3000.00, for the same amount or even less work! Not only that, but the last 3 years, at least, out taxes never even got completed until late in the summer. One of these years, it cost my wife and I $500 personally, for not paying "estimated taxes due" to the IRS, because Order, couldn't get them done on time, or even within a few months of being due! Not to mention receiving random billings, the last 2 years, for an extra $200 or $300 later in the year, with no explanation of what it was for on the invoice! To top things off, after switching accountants due to this ongoing poor treatment, we have been dicked around by him and his employees, to obtain journal entries for previous years taxes, for which we had paid for but never received. It took several weeks, emails, and phone calls to get something that should have been a "same day service"! I would avoid using this service, as they obviously cannot service the amount of clients that they have, and it shows!

Sonya met me and told me she could do all of that as well as do our Payroll and reporting to all the tax agencies. So we went with her. Three months later I was getting calls that we were delinquent on tax payments. Calls/emails to Sonya were not answered. Then she said she would fix it. Six months later we were still delinquent with fines and fees. I fired Sonya and went with another accountant to get my taxes done which was a nightmare because new accountant had nothing to work with except shoddy P&L's. I hate to give a terrible and scathing review but Sonya's unprofessionalism and and inefficiency cost me a lot of money and time and affected me and my business. She ran a quick estimate for my personal and was kind when telling me I'd owe the government some money (luckily I expected it so it wasn't a shock). Anne gave me her email so I could send her some of the information I was lacking and it was quite convenient. She emailed me a few days later to let me know the taxes were done and I could come pick them up. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience.
