They even loved the assessment the very first day, which to me looked like a test! The teachers and director do an amazing job making math fun. My kids love the motivational incentives they can earn, and really work hard for the incentives. There's nothing rote or boring about the way Mathnasium teaches math. Their program has helped my kids learn to think more mathematically. It's not like a typical tutoring program, where my kids do their homework with another adult. I can do that at home! Ms. Dolly has always stayed on top of timely communications with the parents about Komon's teaching methodology and the kid's learning progress. When I asked for a normal invoice, they refused -- and instead pushed for a credit card over the phone, which felt completely unprofessional and frankly sketchy for a business that should be operating with transparency. Customer service was no better. Every interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful, with zero effort to resolve concerns or operate like a legitimate, organized service provider. At this point, the entire setup feels unreliable, disorganized, and far below the level of professionalism any family should expect. It is sketch at best . I would strongly caution anyone from trusting them with their time, money, or child based on what I experienced.
