He arrived on the day he promised and kept me updated throughout the process. The job did take a few extra days due to weather, but he communicated clearly and made sure everything was done the right way. Once the work was finished, he cleaned up the entire area thoroughly. There wasn't a single piece of trash, nails, or debris left in the yard--he hauled everything away and left the space looking great.
