I visited there to remove my common warts from my finger and she was so indifferent, rude and insensitive. Also, her attitude was so cheekily. All she thinks to earn as much as money she can. She just took money and not even give treatment. My finger got infected and when i call them, they told me i can go and check with doctor which is free. I have seen 4 of the 6 Doctors working at the practice over the years and they all have a great understanding of my personal and family history. The practice itself is modern and located on a main road with ample parking. It doesn't feel cold and sterile either though; it's actually quite cozy and inviting. I find the reception staff here to be very friendly and personal, and the doctors were also friendly and understanding too. My sister took her daughter here, and she agrees that the doctors are very helpful and hold excellent bedside manners (especially with the children). This place isn't bulk billing, however a Medicare rebate is available and health care cardholders receive a discount.
