They remember people by name and always great you like a long lost friend! Amy is a tremendous asset to any business and the owner Helen works tirelessly to make every visitor feel welcome. Staff member became abusive toward me in front of my children after I explained to her I had an exemption for wearing a mask. While remaining polite to her, as I did not want to cause a scene, especially in front of my children, she stormed off to get the owner. After paying for everything with another staff member and waiting for my coffee I was then approached by a female owner of the business who did not ask what had happened but said she had the right to refuse service. I replied to her that all I had done was to answer the persons questions politely but the other person obviously did not accept that and holds a different view. I then informed the owner I had paid for all items and was waiting for my coffee, which she then issued a short changed refund. My children and I were simply glad to leave. Completely disgusted with the behaviors and attitudes of staff and owners. Their loss as far as I was concerned as I was going to grab snacks there later too. If anyone is looking to attend the beach at Indented Head I would recommend packing a picnic or going up to St Leonard's for a bite and coffee instead. Avoid Indented Head General Store- people's attitudes and behavior's are disgusting.

It's not a very big news agency and it does have a post office in it as well so it tends to get quite busy, but it's honestly the best one in the area. They have a lot more patience than what I've seen at other news agencies and the fact that they do apologise if it takes too long in line is always a bonus.

They are well set out and not poky like some newsagents tend to be. However what makes this one stand out is that it is also a Ticketmaster outlet. I used to visit Greensborough Newsagent for all my concert and event tickets, as they offered good advice and always sent me on my way with the best possible seats, despite doing it online now, I d drop by when I want amazing seats to really popular shows. Although the business address is on the main street the actually location is in Greensborough Plaza just before the ramp. If you look up Cotton On Kids in the Store Directory you will find Greensborough Newsagency too!
