Not truthful to us, played (offer leverage) games and was unethical as our representative for a house purchase. He confirmed that our offer was accepted by the seller via text after we outbid another buyer then he stated that he was getting the paperwork signed by the sellers which he would email to me to give to my broker, then approx 5 hours later at night, sent a text, (yes a text) stating that there was another offer that came in and the sellers went with that. There was no call to us during the 5 hour wait to update us on what was happening or anything for that matter, then he had the audacity to tell us that "in his opinion" the house price was too high and that we should buy somewhere else. I would highly caution anyone from dealing with this group based on personal experience.
