I've taken my car to other garages and they don't fix it properly, simple things like recoding the battery (and putting the correct battery in the first place) as they don't have the knowledge and experience of the cars and how they're built. Like anything, you go cheap, you get cheap. They're not the cheapest, but not overly expensive, would you rather have the peace of mind your in the right hands?

Only yesterday, I was checking my tyre pressures and noticed one of the valves was not visible, I popped into KW Auto Fix and one of the mechanics fixed it straight away, and then rechecked my tyre pressure for me, no charge - fantastic !!!! Later on in the day, my car broke down, I called the AA who advised a new battery, so I called KW Auto Fix and they managed to order in and fit a brand new battery before they closed for the evening, the price was right and their service was very swift. I would recommend them to anyone.

These reviews seem far fetched and reading through I've noticed that some have obviously been taken down. (I can only imagine they were negative ones?) Because one user says in their review which gives it away. Why have a site that reviews things if you're deleting the one's that the company don't like? On calling to enquire if this was covered under warranty I was reassured, without hesitation, that it was (for three years) and told to bring my car in. A new Catalytic Converter was ordered and fitted withing 24 hours, no questions asked. The member of staff who dealt with me from start to finish was Liam, He was professional, polite and friendly and kept me informed at every stage. I was very happy with the service provided by Kwik Fit who proved true to their after sales commitments . Excellent service.

This is a great little garage, the owner Derry is so friendly and he makes you feel so comfortable…read morewhen he chats to you about what went wrong with the car, he explains what could be the matter and how much it is likley to cost, he even made me a coffee while I waited for him to access my car, he arranged for him to pick the car up the next day from my work, repair it and then deliver it back to me all fixed and ready to go. he sent the bill out in 2 weeks , so it would give me time to save up for the repair. really nice would recomend this garage to anyone in Perth or some one passing through that might have a problem or even getting the oil and anti freeze checkec and topped up.
