Also, my child had an appointment and we were a few minutes late due to a freeway shutdown and they would not see her because the lady dentist did not want to wait past 5 to leave for the day. My mom referred me to Glenn Dental one day because I had a toothache. I was going out of town for a conference for work and was afraid of it getting to bad while I was gone. I called the office and they got me in first thing the next morning. Dr. Alex was super nice and made me feel really comfortable (what I failed to mention at the beginning of this review is that I am SUCH A CHICKEN when it comes to the dentist!) He put a temporary "filling" in my tooth to reduce the sensitivity and aching so I was able to go away for a week without any mouth trouble. When I returned I came in for a root canal and crown. He was so gentle and made the experience the best it could be! I'm so thankful for Dr. Alex and Elizabeth... and all the modern technology Glenn Dental has!! I'm a huge fan of the staff, I told them I would have to give them a good review because, well I'll tell you. Last three times I was scheduled to go, I had to reschedule, which I did the same day. Which happens. The second time, I no called no-show, which resulted in me rescheduling again. And the last time I was late, but the staff doesn't make me feel any less of myself, even though I would hate to have me as a client. lol So shout out to Juan in Ortho, great dude. I went to Glenn dental for a bad tooth in the front of my mouth. They were very pleasant and the office was very clean. They sat me down and gave me an estimate to fix the tooth 1028.00. I signed the paperwork and scheduled the appointment. One day before the appointment I get a call saying that since the tooth is in the front they made a mistake on the estimate by 1000.00 dollars, it is now 2028.00. That is a big mistake. The lady on the phone was very flip and kind of laughing either pay it or cancel. So I had to cancel..makes no sense to me that the extra 1000.00 is because of the tooth being in front. I really only wanted a simple cleaning and they wouldn't give me one unless I paid $100 for x-rays first on top of the cost of whatever cleaning they thought I should have. I have my teeth cleaned all the time and I have never run into a more unaccommodating dentist office. read more

I am a person who use to have severe dental anxiety coupled with absolutely horrible dental experiences in my lifetime. I just love Glenn Dental!! My crown fell out and I went to Glenn Dental to see if they could fit me in to replace my crown. Not only did they get me in and fixed my crown; Dr. Joy did something for me that made me want to just cry with Joy! This happened during the government shutdown and my government dental insurance office was close and I could not get an authorization approved. Instead of sending me away, Dr. Joy repair my tooth and told me not to worry about it. I did not know what to say, I was so Thankful, that she was willing to do this for me. I absolutely love this dentistry! Dr. Glenn and his team are all amazing! I have been coming here for several years now and can honestly say Dr. Glenn really cares about his patients. If you have pain they make sure to get you in right away. I've even chipped a tooth and they made sure to get me in as it was bothersome to me. Dr. Glenn completed my first root canal and it was not as bad as everyone told me it would be. Myself and husband also have gone through with Invisalign treatment with Glenn dental and are very happy with it overall. Dr. Glenn is also very detailed and has the eye for an attractive smile. Yelp confession #1 I had massive staining on my teeth and I was embarrassed about it. I mean they were as stained as a Vegas hooker's bed sheets on a fight night weekend. Anyway, I went into Glenn Dental and I had them do a cleaning. My teeth looked brand new. They were so white, I figured that they'd glow in the dark. I was super impressed. The office is gorgeous, very shic and they offer water and coffee to their patients as they wait to be called into the back. The next day, I had to go back and get a crown replaced. They were classy and professional. While I was sitting in the chair, they had a flat screen over my head so that I could watch TV. There's a rumor going around that they have xbox360's in the kids rooms. Anyway, I'm watching some reruns of Monk while they are doing the work and the drill is drowning out the sound of the TV. They ask me how it's going and I tell Dr. Joy and sure enough, she turns up the TV before she reinvades my mouth. I experienced no pain after the initial injection. During the procedure, Dr. Joy was joking about giving me a massage after, except that she wasn't joking. After everything was over. She went ahead and gave me a neck and jaw rub that ended with a couple of hot presses. In 30 years of going to the dentist, I've never experienced something as complete of service of that. If my insurance ever stopped covering Glenn Dental, I think I would still come here, That's how good this place is. read more

I'm pretty tough to impress, but i was wowed this time. Called Friday afternoon after my tooth came apart as i was chewing gum. Was told i could get in Saturday morning at 9:30. Called another dentist/friend and left a message. Dr. Glenn's office is pretty amazing. on the hillside in Apple Valley, this modern chateau sticks out like a sore thumb. as you enter the double glass doors, you feel like you're in the lobby of a Beverly Hills plastic surgery center and immediately think "oooooh crap...... this is gonna be pricey". The receptionist had a warm greeting; not lame, and being as i was 4 minutes early i could take a seat. at 9:30 on the button, i was taken to my private room where i was gently cared for as x-rays were taken. The conversation was light, but not schmarmy and i watched TV on my own private flat screen, with telescoping mount and 100 channels. Dr. Glenn came in, told me i needed a filling and that was it. $160, including the x-rays. Now mind you, $160 may seem like alot of money to some people, but i was expecting to go in spending $3-4000!! By 11:15 i was walking out the door, new white filling, numbed lip and ready to chew some gum. I feel warm and fuzzy when i'm well taken care of like this, because its a rarity. read more

My family loves Glen dental so very much. They are efficient, friendly & professional. We drive an hour away from our home to go here but it's not a big deal because they have Saturday hours and can see all 3 of us at the same time for our semi-annual exams (AWESOME TIME SAVER) My son got invisaligns and it's been great too. We were quoted an approximate time of a year but, because they are so proactive in the testing the wear time and because my kid has been super responsible about wearing them, it's been about 9 months and he's done! They listen and give you options... I didn't want a permanent retainer in my son's mouth because they are hard to clean and get gross etc... they immediately came up with a better option of an overnight invisalign retainer. Dr. Glenn and his staff aren't judgmental or make you feel badly about your teeth (I have less than perfect myself) I never felt like I was being put down, like I have with other offices.
