They refused to replace it!!!!!! Was really shitty about it. They just lost my business my daughters and my son's plus their friends. Because their policy of final sales even when they sell faulty items it was a $22 vape after tax. They're customer service is totally wrong they should back up their products. I'm posting this on any place I can. I've lived in Glenpool 40 years. I've never seen anything like this. I'll be posting in every Glenpool community site as well. However the vape place across the street where you suck used to be they will either replace it refund your money. I went there immediately after I left you suck. They were nice and had way more value options than you suck had now because you suck said they are having a hard time getting vapes. I asked why when I bought the faulty one the guy says he didn't know. The one I won't to across the street today told me it's because of the FDA....... Coming from the customer service industry myself this is always a huge benefactor of where I do the majority of my business. How ever today I felt like the customer didn't matter. I was in buying 2 replacement glasses for my cleito, 2 replacement atomizers, a new cleito Exo from a young man and the young lady (both were extremely helpful and nice with great customer service attention(felt like I matter)) the young man had talked me into the new smoke Alen set up. Witch I was going to buy until when I asked if we can swap the atomizer for the same one just in black instead of silver. He didn't know so he asked his boss ( a young heavy set man that came from the back) he asked him right in front of me and. He told me nope they come the way they come and walked away. Now I totally understand stand that he mite not be able to swap it. But the way he said it was like he cared less if I bought it or not witch with no explanation. Now I felt they he didn't want my business so I returned everything but what I really needed. I just hope someone address this. Because with more and more business going to online.
