However, the showers quickly ran out of hot water in the AM. The staff did quickly address this problem. Parking was hard to find...Hotel is near the heart of Portrush, which ended up being a huge disappointment for us. We encountered the most unfriendly people in this town. Luckily, there's plenty of other things to do in this area away from Portrush. (Dunluce Castle/Giant's Causeway, etc...)

We must have circled for hours because of the traffic. Be prepared to carry your bag up a long flight of stairs. The room was small but had everything we needed. Breakfast was wonderful, but trying to get out of the crazy tight parking we popped a tire. Helen let's us use the phone and we sat in their lounge until we could get a fix. They couldn't have been nicer.
