Hired Glenwood awning to do an awning for my business. 5ft×20ft. Made big deposit in Dec. Finished job May 30. After months of phone calls and excuses. Evidently did not seal to building. Raining...running inside. Not right color. Bronze. It's Bronze with white back splash. Looks cheap...I'm 63 yr woman. Mean when confronted about white backing suppose to be Bronze. read more

I wanted two awnings for our home. One was for a set of French doors and the second was for an upstairs window. The rep came the day after I called and said he was the owner and took the measurement for both. We were quoted a price and asked for a 50% deposit upfront. We were told that the awnings would take about 2 to 3 weeks to deliver, being from 20 March 2024. When we had not heard anything by the 23 of April, I called to inquire about the order. I was told there was no record of the measurements and they would have to come a second time to make them because nothing had been begun on the order. They came the next day and remeasured and once again was told it would take two to three weeks. On the 6th of May I called again to inquire and was told it would be two to three more weeks because they had just gotten the material in. I have never gotten what I feel was an honest response for any conversation I have had with them and there is always one excuse after another and nothing is as what was promised. I notified them I was cancelling my order and would contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. GBA said they did not give refunds and I should read my contract about delivery and I would lose my entire deposit. I did read the very simple contract and they need to do the same because they are in violation of their terms. I would never suggest anyone consider asking this company for any product of service because I believe you will be very disappointed. read more

I contacted this company and ordered my carport cover Oct 4, 2021. I was told he would be about 2 months but wasn't sure. Every time I called I felt like I got the runaround. After 4 months we asked about getting a refund and they stated that we would have to pay a 20 to 25% restocking fee of something that is not in stock. I had already paid 1/2 down. Finally after 6 months my carport came in. When I asked about the flashing the guys said they had forgot it and would get it when they came back the next day. They did not bring it the next day and used the old one. When I called about the flashing they said you weren't charged for it. The man gave me a quote to replace the whole carport except for the metal post. I contacted another company prior to them bringing mine and was quoted about the same price for the same exact gauge of metal and said they could have it in 2 to 4 weeks. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone else! read more

Based upon a recommendation from a neighbor, I called them to see about cleaning my gutters. They came out May 8. They gave me a quote and said they were busy, but he would be out in about a month to five weeks. I said that would be ok since I was going out of town June 15. I expected them to be cleaned when I returned. Nope. I waited about three or four days and nothing. So I called them. Oh. Yeah. We'll have someone out Friday June 27. I waited until about 4 PM. Nothing. I called, oh, yeah, they got busy and would do it Tuesday July 3. It is now Tuesday July 3 and I called them at 3:30 to see if they were coming. Put off again.
