The phone rang twice, and Will answered. He was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He placed me on a brief hold, and within moments, he confirmed that Amber was available to help us. I was so relieved! Amber arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. She is dynamic, talented, and has such a warm demeanor. She created beautiful face paintings for all the kids and even some of the adults! Her skill and patience with each design made the day extra special for everyone. Thanks to Amber and Will, a day that started with stress turned into a fantastic experience.
