Luna was my tech, and she made me feel very comfortable, creating a personal and intentional experience. I had little inspiration and gave her creative freedom. This is the prettiest set of nails ever. I had my toes done here two weeks ago, which is why I returned -- the service and experience were both amazing. I've been coming to Glo nail Lounge for about a year and I absolutely love it! Kim (the owner) has been my nail tech for over 3 years and she is the best hands down!! The pedicures here are unmatched--Daisy, Jordan, and Tasia each give such relaxing and detailed pedis. Andrika does a great job on the eyebrows and keeps me entertained every time!! The salon itself is such a vibe--the ambiance, décor, and music make it a place you actually look forward to spending time at. I called in for a same day appointment for a full set. I was able to get in right away. This is the first time I've been back since they have new management. I noticed the welcoming feel as soon as I stepped in. The decor is cute. They have complimentary coffee! That is a nice touch to offer their clients. The staff if really sweet and nice. My husband was able to book two pedicure appointments for us and we showed up Ean hour early because we had some errands change. Kim and her staff were so fun, kind and accommodating. This salon is absolutely beautiful, even the restroom decor is stunning. It feels clean and modern while also feeling warm and welcoming. Pricing is pretty average for Vegas Salon prices and this is the first place I've been that gives me my moneys worth for the pedicure. As someone who can't afford the luxury of this type of service as much as I would like, when I have someone willing to take time and do my pedicure right with an amazing massage it means EVERYTHING. Wow, what an amazing experience! From the second I walked in the door till I left, I felt so pampered and relaxed. I hadn't made an appointment and just walked in on Sunday around noon, but somehow (!) they weren't busy at all and were able to take me right away. They brought me mimosas and the nail tech and I looked at a few different nail art for inspo and landed on this for the design, which I think he did a great job with the shape and the art. I found the only place in Vegas that does gel X and oh my gosh and they did an incredible job! I scheduled my appointment ahead of time over the phone, which is what I recommend, because I was looking over yelp reviews to find a place that actually does Gel X. Very few places do. I was fortunate to get my nails done by the owner Eva, who is extremely talented and very kind. I went with my sister-in-law who needed an acrylic fill and Darin did the best job as well. Everyone was very friendly and kind and easy to talk to. Eva has been doing nails for 30 years and has had salons all over the US. This place is about a 15 minute drive from the strip or if you live in downtown Summerlin about 10 minutes, but we'll worth it. Their massage chairs are very comfortable too. Everything is very clean and I would absolutely come back here. I'm very particular about who does my nails and eyebrows because once you find the right person you can't leave But I'm not lying when I say, I would make an excuse to come back here just to have Eva do my nails. I'm torn about leaving this review because my tech was very sweet and I can tell she loves her job. But what should have been a 1-1.5 hour appointment for my daughter and I to get full acrylic sets with fairly simple nail art turned into 4+ HOURS. My tech took two hours just applying my acrylic set without the nail polish and art. My daughter's set was applied in under an hour but she was sent to my tech for nail art.. and waited for 1.5 hours. Our art took about 30 minutes each. We were there from 3:20-7:35. Again, the techs were lovely but time management was lacking. read more
