Horrible experience! Have been expecting a package that has been shipped since Dec 19/25. Have been trying to call their office thousand times no answer ever. The company was unresponsive to calls and messages, and when communication did occur, it was unprofessional and discourteous. The shipment was not delivered within the agreed or expected timeframe, and no adequate explanation or timely updates were provided. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the matter, the issues remained unresolved. Poor business communication and service. I recently sent a box to Yerevan and paid for delivery. Unfortunately, the Global Expert Shipping failed to deliver the package within the promised timeline. (Late for 8 days) Instead, they sent the package to storage facility for pick up after making one unsuccessful cause call. Despite having the recipient's house phone, they did not attempt to contact them by cell phone which they also had. My relatives had to go on their own time and expenses to get the package from the storage. Given the experience, I am hesitant to rely on this company fro shipping when timely delivery is esential. read more

I've had the same problem with this company before, but they told me the owner has changed and it won't happen again. The same thing happened to me again. They told me my package will be there in 7 to 10 days. It has been more than 21 days. My family has not received the package yet. I have to call them a couple of times for this matter, my family has to call the delivery guys in Armenia and yet no one can tell us the exact day as to WHEN WILL THE PACKAGE BE DELIVERED ??? They don't care a bit about keeping a customers happy. I'm not sure how they keep this kind of businesses going, but as for me, there are a million other shipping companies I can choose to send my packages. I shipped a car over with this company in February 2023. Currently, I was making several inquiries after a few months (which I knew it would take a while), I was given the run around and never given a clear answer. Never have a I received any sort of update, call to say it's pending, no text, no email. NOTHING!!! Imagine my surprise when I found out my vehicle made it to the destination 25 days ago! Best shipping company I have used ever to ship to Armenia. I did both air and water shipping with them always gets there when they say it will. Just send a car with them en of September, it was supposed to get there end of December before Christmas but the car got there yesterday, December 6th, in excellent condition. I am so disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. We delivered a car for them and we did not get paid, we also paid the storage on the car for $100 they owe use $350. I called the office and spoke with the manager and she said her carrier would pay me, that was untrue all I received was a called from her broker using fowl language. read more

I am already regular client of this company, ladies answering phone calls are extremely polite, are giving efficient advises, pricing strategy also is productive, they are offering discounts and more you use their services, more you get advantage, I really respect them for the way of doing business, just recently discovered that they are offering large specter of services, like car transportation, moving services, etc, as I was using only shipping of some boxes to my relatives. FAST AIR SHIPPING TO ARMENIA. If you are looking for a reliable and fast shipping from Los Angeles to Armenia, this company would be the best fit. They are very cheap compared to other shipping companies. They charge $3.50 per pound or $25 for a set of documents. They are shipping our parcels and documents with this company for more than a year and within a week it is being delivered to our relatives in Abovyan. The guy who picks up our parcels is very nice and friendly.  They do free pick up from our house here in L.A and deliver directly to our recipients in Yerevan and Abovyan. DO NOT TRUST THEM TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS!!!!!!! This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Approximately 3 months ago we shipped out 2 boxes from this location to Armenia. Fast forward to now, the boxes finally arrived to our relatives. Upon arrival, our relatives informed us that the boxes had been opened, things were missing, and everything was all messed up inside. We had organized the boxes VERY CAREFULLY, and made sure each box was filled to the top. HALF of the items were gone from each box. We called Global Expert Shipping ASAP and let them know of this issue. The two women I spoke to were dismissive and rude. The first one I spoke to, Lilit, was NO HELP at all and suggested that I call back the next day to talk to the manager/owner Edgar. I called back the next morning around 10am to speak to him, and once again was told by Lilit that Edgar was not there and that she'd take my phone number down and he'd give me a call back. At 3pm today, I had still received no call from Edgar. I called back and another woman picked up. She was even ruder than the first girl and kept speaking over me every time I'd talk. She told me that "Edgar does not concern himself with these sorts of issues" and that I had to contact the police in Armenia to figure this out. That kind of sounds stupid since I trusted Global Expert Shipping to take care of my packages and instead they stole from me and refuse to compensate me or even open an investigation on this matter. If you're going to ship out any packages, 100% DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! I suggest using United Shipping instead. I have never had issues with UNITED SHIPPING. read more

Im a usa citizen who moved to Armenia to live for couple years and its been 3 weeks iv been here and I already wanna come back im sick to my stomach how these people work here. I shipped 24 boxes with global since april my last 3 boxes i shipped with air because i need them urgently i assumed since its air they will get to Armenia before i do i shipped them on July 1st today is July 21 i still dont have my boxes and the reason is because GLOBAL IN UNITED STATES gives the wrong information to their costumers there i was told the only thing i cant send is alcohol and cigarettes everything else is fine but guess what its not fine because now they are holding my boxes and giving me the run around in here because i have OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS IN MY BOXES. Again let me repeat OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS. I paid 1,100$ for 3 boxes in Glendale now the lovely Armenia is making me pay more taxes because according to their scale my boxes are heavier than the normal weight i told them the guy comes with their scale and weights the boxes and it wasn't over he told me well maybe their scale is wrong over there. Like this people are sooooo F"""ed up in here i dnt have words for this country this place will never change and people will stay the same greedy people. This is the worst company that I have ever work with in my international shipping experience. I shipped 5 months ago and still my relatives did not get the packages. When I called for help the workers rudely respond me, in stand of helping that this is my problem not theirs. When I ask them before shipping the packages, they told me maximum it will take 3 months. Today was my first and last time using global expert shipping due to their horrible customer service. I went in to have a package shipped. The package was in my car and and I asked the worker that was handling the packages if he can help me get the package inside. He gave me attitude and asked if I want the equipment to take it in myself. I told him i had an injured back so he came towards my car with attitude to get the package. He rudely told my father in law, who is disabled because of his back, to open the trunk. I tried to ignore his attitude And walked up to the front to complete the transaction for the shipment and tip the guy for "helping." This is when I heard him talking to his coworker about how he had to help us and that we were probably acting injured and shouldve done it ourselves, along with other rude comments about my disabled father in law. It is completely unprofessional to talk badly about customers who haven't even left the location and made us feel horrible. When I called the office to share my complaint the worker said that it was not part of that guys job to help us and he only brought in packages from peoples homes. Being a new customer, this was not made clear to us. I am a reasonable person and if he told us this did not fit in his job description I would go home and return with someone who would carry it in for us, or have my shipment placed to be picked up from home. I have shared my complaint with an employee over the phone, and requested a call back from the manager. I hope my message reaches the manager and they fix their problems with customer service. It is safe to say that global expert shipping lacks professionalism and does not know how to treat customers as humans. read more
