History

Established in 1999.

We are not just mortgage brokers, we think of ourselves as mortgage advisers because we take time to understand your needs and goals and tailor each loan to fit with your unique situation. We negotiate with the bank on your behalf to ensure you receive the best possible deal for your loan, we also help you structure your loan so you can repay the loan as fast as possible without increasing your standard installment. Over the last 16+ years we have seen and handled just about every type of scenario imaginable when it comes to lending. From this we have learnt how to best present your case so you actually get the maximum possible finance from the banks. Once your loan is approved and settled, we go one step further to ensure you protect your asset by arranging the right level of personal insurance for you. We have arranged over $3.5 billion of mortgages and over $2.5 billion in personal risk insurance cover since our inception. Every year we cater to over 1,500 customers.

Meet the Business Owner: Ajay Kuma A.

Ajay Kumar is a member of The Institute of Financial Advisers and as a condition of Institute membership adheres to the IFA Code of Ethics & IFA Practice Standards when giving advice. He is a member of Professional Advisers Association (PAA). Ajay Kumar is also a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. He holds a Masters in Science degree and is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers. Mr Kumar and his team continue to update and upgrade their skills by attending various seminars/webinars, road shows conducted by various professional bodies from time to time and reading regularly newspapers etc.
