I wouldn't recommend this company. Their customer service is abominable. They have no clue how to schedule or do what they say they're going to do. The guys who come out do a good job but the office is a complete train-wreck. Multiple friends and family members have had the same issues. If you do use this company, keep an eye on what they're charging you. Double billing, bills out of nowhere, over billing was all normal course of business with them. They are very well organized, always confirming a day in advance of the scheduled service and leaving a summary of the specific application and suggestions for further enhancements we can consider for the lawn. I don't give out five stars often but Global Green Lawncare deserves it! In 2018, the first year we started using them, I would ask the staff questions about certain areas of the lawn that I felt needed help and the reply was something like it will take a season to show the effects of the service. Now it's 2019 and we host a hugh party in the summer and the lawn looked great thanks to Global Green Lawncare. Our neighbors looked after our house while we traveled in the summer and when we came back they said to us "your lawn looks great what are you doing". We have since forwarded Global Green Lawncares information to them. Brian has been our main lawn guy and he clearly knows what he is doing. I noticed their photos on Yelp and we are thinking of having them do additional work, such as stone work to their yearly service. Here is my reasoning for the five star rating: Brain (the guy who does our lawn) calls us (usually a day ahead) every time to let us know when he is going to be there. It's not the company calling us, it's actually Brian calling, which I think is great! If it rains during the day he is supposed to come, again he calls and says he didn't come due to rain and the rain potentially washing away whatever it is he does. He leaves us a note on the door with what he did for the day and any recommendations we need to do such as water or NOT water the lawn. We get a discount if we pay in full prior to the new year starting. They do a great job and if you want a beautiful lawn, I would recommend hiring them! read more

We are very pleased with Global Greens fertilizer program this year. They have been very responsive when contacted and also take the initiative when they see things of concern . We used Global Green around 1996 to re-landscape our backyard after we took down 20+ trees. This was one of their first jobs. The end result was great. Since then, I use them each year for my final fall yard clean up as well as re-bricking our front walk with a stone border. It came out very nice. I am hoping they can do a border wall this winter or spring as another project. I give them my highest rating as a landscaper. read more

Been using Global Green for a couple of years and my lawn has never looked better. I used to cut and fertilize myself but never really got the lawn to a place where it looked all that good. Excellent and knowledgeable lawn care specialists from the ownership to the field techs, not to mention at a very fair rate compared to their competition. Whenever I have an issue with my lawn my tech Brian is onsite within 48 hours to examine and recommend any needed service to correct a problem. these guys did a job at my neighbors house in mid April 2019 tearing out an old walkway and putting in a new one. Their workers took or (STOLE) 2 lime green driveway markers from my front lawn to use like safety cones so their bobcat wouldn't hit a telephone pole across the street. It's not the money it's the principle. This company has some dishonest people working for them. I wonder what else their workers have stolen from customers or their neighbors. !!!
