The dish lacked the creaminess one expects in a risotto that is properly cooked. Also, the rice used was not risotto rice as evidenced by the way the individual grains were split. The rice was also over cooked and mushy. Overall the dish lacked taste - even with addition of a bit of salt. I definitely do not recommend it. When asked by our server as so if the meal was good, and telling her that it was not, she did not react any way at all. I was left with the impression that the staff did not care to receive feedback. Most disappointing.
