She was so rude and unprofessional toward me that she suggested I shouldn't make an appointment with them, if I wasn't going to pay the fee. I explained to her I didn't receive a message about my upcoming appointment, nor did I receive a text. In addition, I explained to her I've been running for my life, No empathy what's so ever. I finally had to tell her to get off my line. I called back to speak to the supervisor or manager. She told me she was the supervisor. She refused to let me speak with her supervisor and hung up!!!

I have been a patient of Dr Das for 8 years. I had been to see him as my primary Doctor and general…read moremedical issues during this time. Last year I had an incident with an assistant (being unprofessional and not providing needed medical assistance) for Dr Das. I spoke with him about it and was told that we wouldn't have this problem again. He then proceeded with a diagnosis that required a follow up with him 6-12 months later.  I set an appt last week for today at 0900 (10 months later). When I was pulling in to the parking lot at 0855,  I got a call from his scheduling staff saying that they had mailed me a letter and sent a registered letter ( I never received either and you have to sign for registered letter....) saying that I would need to find another Dr since I was not satisfied with the services I had received previously. If this was the case why didn't the scheduling staff advise me when I made the appointment or someone call me in the 10 months they had been providing prescriptions to my pharmacy for me? With this total lack of organization and communication over a 10 month period I now have to question every diagnosis from them as well as starting over with a new Doctor with an issue that is now 10 months older.  Dr Das and Internal Medicine are not concerned about their patients well being or providing healthcare for them as you can see by the timing of this. *** LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DOCTOR***

My advise if you have not been here don't go. Find another PT. If you have been here request a copy…read moreof your PT records with NOTES. They were not truthful in my notes. They put down that I fell asleep in one visit, not true. Said I complained about doing my PT, never happened. Also took my words out of context. This can cause your doctor to not take you seriously and not provide the care and service you may need. Basically the lack of consideration of the therapist is a major concern for me and you should be concerned as well. Making false comments in a patient's record is unethical and poor practice. I am disappointed in my experience and I hope this review is helpful to others. There are plenty of PT practices so select wisely.

I am still struggling with how a "professional" medical staff can treat a 16 year patient so…read morecallously. My Dad went for a routine visit and was put down, laughed at and totally humiliated by the "nurse" and staff because he didn't bring his reading glasses with him and was unable to complete a form. The "nurse" repeatedly (loudly) asked him if he could read, how could he drive if he can't read the form, and how did he get to the doctor's office that day? He explained he could see to drive but didn't have his reading glasses to complete the form. The "nurse" thought this was so unusually funny that she shared this information with others in the office and even reported to Dr. Crump that he, my Dad, couldn't read. Needless to say, my Dad was totally humiliated and embarrassed. Why, Dr. Crump, do you allow your staff to abuse your patients this way; especially elderly patients?

I don't know the names of the entire staff, but I'm sure they are of the same caliber as the above ! Not only are they friendly, loving & caring, but they hug us and pray for us. Yesterday Kenzie went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping us. My husband, John, had depleted the supply of one of his medications, and I am leaving today to be out of town for a week. The phone office staff is very rude and unprofessional and does not return calls. The office manager now is the worst out of all of them! I will never go back to that office again except to get my medical records and to tell Dr Vikki what a horrible office staff she has! I called for months and never got a call back and was pretty much called a liar by the office manager when I said I had left messages and no returns my phone calls because she "has 6 new people she hired to answer phones and do call backs". This lady is a joke and rude! So glad she didnt have to deal with me in person!
