This was such a great evening. The food was delicious. Good assortment of craft cocktails. They were equally as good. It is rather pricey. We looked with a $200 bill for two people. A couple we were with Bill was about the same. Granted we did each have three drinks and a round of Mexican candy shots. Then we each ordered an appetizer and an entrée. The ambience is super cool. It's very nice and clean, but I liked that it was very spread out and not over clutter. My red snapper was great, guac was on point

I loved the interior and vibes of this place! Super cute and it gives a white clay interior which makes the space warm and inviting. I got the Churassco Tipico and the steak came out great, the chimichurri sauce was great but a bit too oily for my liking. The rice was seasoned great and I enjoyed the plantains that came with my steak. We also opted in for the churros, and those were a delight. They came with a variety of fillings, I believe- there was custard, caramel and chocolate! Overall, a very solid spot for a nicer but still casual meal. Our server was also super friendly and great!

Gloria's atmosphere is very nice! The patio is great if it's a nice day outside and I REALLY enjoyed their happy hour margarita special ($7). The service was on par and I did enjoy the food although I'm not sure I'd come back specifically for the food. Overall, I wasn't unhappy with my meal service or drinks! The churros were so so good! I ate way too many of those!

Stopped in for dinner on Friday night. Glad we got there a little early before it started to get really crowded. I was surprised to see a number of families and kids. I really had always thought this was a more upscale spot for date nights, etc... but it's actually somewhat boisterous and noisy inside. There is also huge, covered casual patio. Portions were decent and we took home extras. They seem to have a good handle on shrimp and salmon. Their vegetable preparation are fresh and vibrant. Enjoyed my Swirl Margarita. They have some other cocktails that I'd like to try too. The Shrimp Enchiladas were a little too rich and bland. But we all had a bite of the Serrano Garlic Salmon.

This review will be a little different than my usual. I was dining with my teenage daughter and disabled mother, who is in a wheelchair. I was able to park right at the door in the disabled parking spot. Since this was my first time here, I wanted to check the seating situation and see if it was "wheelchair friendly" I told the hostess, my situation and she said they could gladly accommodate us. My mom actually used her walker to get to the table with no problem, and we were able to have a great dining experience. The restroom is also large and spacious for a disabled individual as well. Ok, getting to the food-- it was beautifully plated. We had the yuca for an appetizer, and that garlic butter was garlicy! wow! I enjoyed it but make sure you are sharing it with your friends because it can be pretty heavy to eat on your own. The rest of my meal was really tasty and served hot. No complaints at all. When in Katy Asia town, if you want a little more of a finer dining experience, and a break from Asian.... definitely check out Gloria's.

Gloria's never disappoints! You can't beat their prices for the quality of the food. The happy hour is also great as well. My go to is the carne asada with a margarita. A plus is the chips with salsa, and bean dip. The bean dip is to die for!

The food was great, the chimichurri sauce was chef's kiss! We were seated in the patio area, I didn't particularly love it even though I liked the ambiance. The background noise from the fountain was a little too loud for me. I asked my steak to be medium rare but it was more of a medium so that was mildly disappointing but the flavor made up for it. The service was okay, our server got us our water and drinks, didn't come back to get our order so we had to flag someone down. After that, our server was thankfully a little bit more attentive. I'd give this place a second chance because the food was good!

Gloria's is our favorite Latin restaurant in Katy, it's tied for first place anyway. We've been here half a dozen times and every meal has been perfect.

We went here for my sister's birthday because she wanted Tacos and this place did not disappoint! I ordered the shrimp and chicken fajitas and they were really good. Other items we ordered included combination plate with beef enchilada/beef taco/beef taco and a kids nuggets auth m with fries. They have happy hour house margaritas for $7 Mon-Fri and we got mango... one on rocks and one frozen, very good as well. Parking was easy breezy!

Hands down, the best fajitas I've ever had! The shrimp were large and perfectly seasoned. I believe the tortillas are handmade, and the combination of onions, bell peppers, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole complemented the dish beautifully. My sister ordered the carne asada, which was incredibly tender and well-seasoned. She also tried the sparkling margarita, and it was fantastic. The decor was stunning, though I forgot to take a picture. They have a great bar area for watching games, as well as plenty of dining space for larger parties. The customer service was outstanding. I'll definitely be recommending this place to anyone visiting Katy!

We came in for Sunday lunch. We were seated immediately. They brought us warm chips, refried black beans, green spicy sauce, and a salsa. It was all delicious! We ordered carne flameada , enchiladas, chicken soup, and tres leches waffles. The carne flameada was pretty good. The chicken soup had more celery than chicken and the waffles had zero tres leches. They just tasted like a sweet waffle with fruit and regular syrup. Not a bad place but not excited to try it again.

Came to try brunch on Sunday. When seated you are given complimentary chips, 2 salsas and beans to dip. The beans and salsa verde are pretty good, but the beans are my favorite of the three. To drink I got a glass of Mango Mimosa, it was a really good mimosa! And I think it's good for the price point. For my entre I got Glenda's Caserola, a skillet with potato's, bell peppers, onions, jalapeños, bell peppers and chorizo cooked in salsa and topped with 2 eggs. I also asked for a side of corn tortillas. I asked for the eggs to be over medium, they were cooked perfectly, But the dish itself was very underwhelming. The dish was mostly potato's and salsa, not much chorizo, jalapeños, bell peppers or onions. The amount of avocado was great! But was lacking Everywhere else. The potato's where good but they kinda overpowered all the other ingredients. It was mostly salsa and potatoes. The corn tortillas were awful, the worst store bought tortillas I have seen/tasted at a restaurant. They tasted/felt stale even though I knew they weren't. I wish they would make their tortillas in house, or buy better brand of corn tortillas. The meal was okay, not worth me coming back for. They do have half priced bottles Sunday, maybe that would be worth trying? But the food was just okay, I would rather go to somewhere else for Tex Mex.

This was my first time Gloria's in Katy! I came on Father's Day with my family. We were promptly seated. This Gloria's has a beautiful outdoor patio and even though it was hot outside, there were fans and lots of shading on the patio. The Sunday brunch options are extremely reasonable and there was half-off bottles of wine on Sunday. Our sever was amazingly sweet and told us to check out the newest location in The Woodlands if we are ever out that way. Our food and drinks were delicious and it was a nice was to spend Father's Day!

A special shoutout to Ulises, who made our experience exceptional. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and fast without ever making us feel rushed. Since it was our first time visiting, they even surprised us with complimentary corn on the cob, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was outstanding and came out surprisingly quickly. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. My husband was also impressed by the attention to detail throughout the restaurant--even the restroom was stocked with everything you could think of, from toothpicks to mouthwash, which was especially appreciated after enjoying all the delicious corn and black beans! It's rare to find a restaurant that combines amazing food, excellent service, and thoughtful hospitality so well. We left already talking about our next visit, and we can't wait to come back and try their margaritas. Highly recommend!

After living in Houston for…read more15 years and dining all over the city, this was by far the most disappointing restaurant experience we've had. What made it even more frustrating is that we've been to the Cypress location many times, and every single visit there has been exceptional -- great food, great service, and consistently enjoyable. Unfortunately, the La Centerra location was the complete opposite. We waited over an hour for our food, only to receive the wrong appetizer. The fajita plate arrived cold and without rice, beans, or tortillas. We sent both dishes back. The replacement appetizer -- ceviche tostadas -- finally arrived, but it was overloaded with lemon to the point of being unbearably sour. Meanwhile, there were still no tortillas, rice, or beans in sight. No drink refills, no updates, and barely any service during the entire wait. After another long stretch of waiting, we finally asked the server what was happening, only for her to return and tell us the kitchen was closing and they no longer had tortillas, rice, or beans available. At that point, after nearly 1.5 hours, we walked out with nothing but a to-go box of fajita meat. To the manager's credit, they removed the appetizer and fajita charges from the bill, but the experience itself left such a bad taste that it completely overshadowed the gesture. Extremely disappointing, especially compared to the excellent standards we've experienced at the Cypress location. Sadly, we will not be returning to this location.
