When contacting Beverly, she tried to sweep over the hours/pay issue and was trying to make it right by having him come back to clean again, which I was charged for again. If you hire help make sure you have someone check up on the work they do and can verify they actually worked the hours they are charging you for. I was told they had to clock in from the house they worked at, but that did not happen. It sickens me that people take advantage of the elderly.

Our company transitioned to Humana insurance, and Humana was actually buying my machine. There was one payment remaining, when my company made the transition back to United due to our Humana plan being discontinued. United is now treating me like a brand new user of the CPAP, even though I've had it for 2+ years. I reached out to Rotech to see if I could purchase my machine outright, and was told that wasn't possible. Again, there was only ONE payment remaining for it to be paid off. By my calculations, between the monthly rental fee I paid through UHC and what Humana was paying them, this machine has now been paid for almost twice over. I have requested my payment records from Rotech multiple times to be able to consult an attorney, they refuse to supply me with them. Neither Rotech or United will help me with this issue whatsoever. I am dependent upon my machine for sleep, but my only option is to return it. If you have been subjected to unfair business practices by Rotech, please send me a message. I know I'm not the only one, and if enough of us being together, we can start a class action lawsuit to hold them accountable.
